G**M
Mediocre but edible nonetheless
I purchased mine from Amazon Fresh. They are sold out but there is no way that I would pay $80 for 12 meals, that’s absolutely ridiculous! Even if this was the most delicious frozen dinner ever created. Onto the actual review:PROS:- The potatoes are surprisingly the best part of the meal. As long as you add salt and pepper, they are quite good for frozen potatoes.- The gravy has a nice flavor.- There is plenty of chicken.CONS:- The dressing is tasteless even drenched in gravy. Obviously because it is drenched in gravy, it is a soggy mess. I thought it was a nice touch that celery was added to the dressing. Unfortunately, the celery is also soggy and tasteless.- The chicken itself is ok. Just ok. It isn’t particular tough or tender, it’s right in the middle. There was only one questionable piece that I did not attempt to eat. It definitely is not the star of the meal.I know a lot of people complain about the portion size of Lean Cuisine meals. The portion size doesn’t really bother me. In my personal opinion, that’s part of Lean Cuisines marketing scheme. If you are finding the portion sizes small, I’d suggest adding salad with your meal as well. This particular dinner was underwhelming. I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it but if it was in front of me and I was hungry, I’d probably eat it. It was edible.
