Camera Case for Nikon Z6 Z6II Z7 Z7II - Protective Silicone DSLR Skin Cover, Detachable Cage, Shockproof, Dustproof (Black)

Bought this because my first Z6 had deep scratches on the inside of the grip (near function buttons). Good thing I was able to have the unit replaced. So when I got my new Z6 I made sure to protect it and put a rubber case on it. I decided to give this a try and was really surprised and impressed with this case. Honestly I wasn't expecting that much from this and I'm glad it worked out pretty well. Things I liked are it fits snugly with my Z6, all buttons are easily accessible, I like the better handling because of the rubber texture and grooves on the grip.

I definitely recommend this. I own a Nikon Z6ii and it is marketed as a rugged camera. With that said, it’s an expensive piece of hardware that I want to protect. This product is comfortable, affordable and does a great job protecting my camera.

This is a nice cover and seems like it will protect my new Z7ii well. But I'll be honest, at this point I haven't shot much with it on the camera. I'm a bit concerned with how well the grip will feel in my hand, and how responsive the buttons will feel under the cover when I'm trying to use them quickly between shots. I did notice that the covered buttons are hard to see, and the little symbols on each of them to tell you what they do, are almost invisible since they're just impressions in the rubber, not a contrasting color. Since I'm just learning to use the Z7ii, this has been a hindrance so far. But I think it will be fine once I have those button functions committed to muscle memory. Until then I think I'll need to use the camera without the cover for a while, as I'm learning it. But after that I think this will be a worthy accessory to help protect my new camera while I'm traipsing around looking for that next shot.

Fits!

Does a very good job covering my Z7 camera body. The only issue is the lower left front corner of the protective case (on the side of the various access covers for cable attachments. This corner does not stay in that covering position. It has a tendency to come away from the corner while the camera is being used. I have to constantly pull the corner back over in the correct position. It needs some sort of securing aspect to this corner protective case. Otherwise this cover would be 5 stars. This one item is very bothersome.

It fits and is a really great grip. I wish i could find a cage on top of it but either way a great product

This case is for the old Nikon 6 and 7, not the new 6 II or 7 II.Although the case fits over the 6 II and 7 II, you will not be able to open the lid for the memory cards. Nikon 6 II and 7 ii now have 2 memory cards (6 and 7 only have 1 memory card slot), and the lid is therefore larger than the opening on this case.

I wanted a case for my Nikon Z6ii and came across this gem. This fits snuggly around my camera body. Perfect to protect it from scratches! The buttons also are engraved to the actual buttons on the camera which is great! It takes the guessing game of what’s under out! Would recommend this product. I’ve had it for about 3 months now and use my camera a lot and the rubber still holds its size!
