I bought it for my son who has server adhd and he loves it. Before we bought the blanket you could tell he wasn't getting into a deep sleep. There would be times when I would find him awake a 2 sometimes 3 in the morning when need to be up at 5 for school. The first think he had when he first used it he said it just like you mommy. I askied him does he feel more rested and not so tired and he said yes im so happy this blanket has help so much expressly with everythin in life giing on... I took a nap under it one afternoon and I will say it was so comfy and so conferring. And you could get into a deep sleep quickly..

I bought this blanket after my husband decided to claim my other one for himself. I was going to make myself a duvet cover just like the one I bought here and after pricing the material, decided that this was a fantastic value! The duvet cover is exceptionally well made. The ties inside are very secure and long enough to tie. The cover states that you should air dry, but I did dry it on low and removed it about halfway through. I have experienced no issues. The cover is super soft and cuddly.The blanket itself is very well made and the weight is evenly distributed and the main selling point that I feel you should know is that you don't hear the inside move around. This is the quietest blanket I've ever come in contact with. This is the perfect gift for someone looking for a weighted blanket to help them sleep at night. The corners and sides where the ties connect to the duvet are placed perfectly and are very sturdy and well made. I don't foresee them being an issue at all for a long time to come. This entire set is very, very well made.I bought this as I suffer from anxiety and different manias and this really helps me calm down at the end of a very busy and hyperactive day. I also suffer from nerve pain all over as well as lower back issues from aggressive back surgery and this helps calm my nerves and help them to relax and not feel overstimulated. I will definitely buy this blanket set again for myself and others. Two thumbs up for quality and price! The colors are great as well and they set arrived quickly and packaged very well. I feel the set was also exactly as described and exceeded the expectations I had from the description. My husband actually asked if I wanted my old blanket back... I just glared. If he wants this one, he can buy me another one first. Hands down the best set I've owned and I will not sleep without it now.

I've used this for months now and, I love this thing. I really really love this thing and if I was Oprah I'd give it to everyone I know. It delivers.COVER:SILKY SIDE: Sumptuous cover, especially the silky side against my skin. The cover is so nice that we put a very light throw over top so the cat won't start "pawing" the cover with her claws.BUMPS: The bumps on the other side....I do not understand why they are there... it doesn't trigger my weirdness about tactile feel, but for someone more on the spectrum it might be good .....or it might be bad. Wish they had a cover silky on both sides.WEIGHT: I ordered the 20lb weight based on my weight. Awesome. The weight is very even, and trust me, I would very much notice if it wasn't. (I'm one of those "Princess & the Pea" kinda gals.)SLEEP QUALITY: I really has improved my sleep quality, and I am someone who struggles with sleep. On days I am able to nap, the blanket makes a huge difference: with it, I am soothed to sleep faster and deeper. On this alone: Worth every penny.QUITE WARM Oh yes. The weight and layers of the blanket holds body heat down. This is especially soothing in winter. Some nights its too warm and my husband will push his share over to the center of the bed :) I don't know if we will be able to use it in summer. (sad face) I think I will likely be able to use it for naps, if the A/C is on....SIZE CHOICES: I'D recommend bigger than edge to edge of your bed.I thought it was best to buy it to cover our queen bed edge to edge, because I thought if it hung over the sides I might feel trapped if the weight got twisted (I twist blankets in my sleep.) What I found is normal twists haven't been a problem. In fact,I'm less prone to moving about as much. The weight soothes me enough not to tangle everything up :)ON THE BED So I got the queen size edge to edge I wish I'd gotten it bigger... because the edge to edge of the bed, once I'm in and my DH is in, means it doesn't cover both of us ... because we aren't flat. :)ON THE COUCH: When I tried using the queen size on my couch, and I doubled it over with the excess hanging down, the weight of the blanket pulling down did make me feel like it was too much weight when I tried to get up. (Just very heavy, not terrible) THEN I adjusted it so the excess blanket hung over the back of the couch instead so I had just one layer over me and it was fine, and in fact quite nice with no hang down weight.If I had company over sometimes, well, I wouldn't get the heaviest one for couch use, I'd scale it down for a more general comforting.OVERALL: FIVE STARS:It does what is should, the quality is wonderful, I have no buyer's remorse.WISHLIST: I'd love to see this translated into something i could also use in summer. I don't think a different cover would make it workable, as weight holds body heat down.And I REALLY wish it came as a sleeping bag.I would love to see this created into a sleeping bag. When 9/11 happened, I crawled into a sleeping bag because it was soothing to have it hold me. Well, this is what weighted blankets do, and it would be awesome if there was a sleeping bag option. Then also, I could use it when my spouse doesn't want to use it.So, I am glad I chose this blanket from this manufacturer and have had no problems and am very happy with the product!!!!

This blanket is amazing! We love the weighted blanket effect on our sleep. I'd like to caution you though. You might be thinking 30lbs doesn't seem like much. You might think, the more the merrier. Think again. LOL We are both pretty strong, large people and this blanket is difficult to turn under and goodness, don't let it start slipping off the foot of the bed... If I had to do it over again, I would have gone with the 20 or 25lb. It's not the easiest to maneuver around either when it comes to making the bed or changing the sheets. No fault of the blanket manufacturer of course, it's just heavy, think cross fit exercises...As for the value of the product, this is a VERY nice blanket. It has a washable, zippered cover that washed perfectly. It has cloth ties inside to keep the cover and blanket connected. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Soft, well made, good distribution of weight throughout blanket, outer duvet cover zips off for washing (cold water, delicate cycle, hang dry). Original product had a strong chemical odour when I received it, however I contacted the manufacturer and was immediately issued a replacement. No other reviews mention a smell so I think possibly the issue was with storage or the seller. Resolved quickly.

I have wanted a weighted blanket for ages and initially bought one from another seller without cover which was OK but I was concerned about having to clean it if something got spilled on it. Tried to find a cover for it but they were expensive on their own so I decided to buy one with cover.....generally found that blanket with covers were also quite pricey until I found this one. I am SO happy with this purchase! The cover is ridiculously soft and snuggly and the weight is perfect! I sleep so much better with this and will probably buy another smaller one to use on the sofa. It takes a bit of getting used to but if you share a bed with a duvet hog, get one of these! I also suffer from night sweats but despite the weight & material of this blanket, I don't seem to have that problem anymore! Best purchase of 2022!
