Works great and easy to set up or take down

The middle ring is not strong/thick enough. I am not very flexible, so it takes some force to pull on the straps to lift my legs high and the middle ring got bent and opened up; I had to hammer it back to shape... Otherwise, the straps and the anchor are OK, they work good. I don't know when the middle ring will deform and open up again...

So easy to throw over back of door and stretch at own pace. This is a must have for everyone, not only dancers and athletes. Very durable and good value.
