30 oz sounded like enough for my 65lb English Shepherd but it isn't enough at all. He should have at least 40 oz capacity. This time of year the dogs sleep in their crates for almost 12 hours because of the long nights. The bowl itself is very easy to use and clean, and not in the way in the crate at all (partly because it's so small!) To easy to remove

I didn't like how easily it can be knocked off. My dog isn't the most tidy eater so there has been several times his food was knocked unto floor and spilled everywhere. Not a fun clean up for sure. But when it did work it did what it advertised.

This is a very nice stainless steel bowl, but I had to return it because it would not work for my dog’s crate. The hooks were not spaced the same as the wires on the crate. But, even if I could hook it in, my dog most likely would have been able to tip up the bowl and spill the water inside and out of the crate because there is nothing to hold it in place except the hooks. Probably better for a cat or rabbit. The only other thing would make it work better if it does fit your dog’s crate, would be to put it on the lowest possible bar so he can’t nose it up, tipping out the water.. My younger dog knocks this off very easily - other than that this is a super product (just wish it was a bit more sturdy)It works fine for my older dog!

They are smaller than I thought but they are nice sturdy and my puppy can't eat these like her old food bowls.

This is PERFECT! My dog drags his food bowl to the back of his crate and its hard for me to reach it to clean it and now with this bowl he can't!!! He did knock it off but easy clips back on and I put duct tape on the clip so now he can't knock it off much to his disappointment but not mine! LOL. I actually put my other dog bowl inside this bowl and take it out to clean. My bowl has higher sides so I use that bowl for his food and it fits perfectly inside the bowl that comes with this attachment. I can put 2 cups of food in his bowl. The bowl that comes with this has low sides so my messy dog would slop his food all over but putting his regular bowl inside this bowl prevents a mess. This has made feeding time so easy!!! I love this product and will order more for my other dogs. Having an elevated food bowl is better for dogs healthwise so this is just a great way to feed your dog. Love this product!!!

I needed a simple water bowl with a hanger, not a screw on or clamp on type. I want it just to offer my dog water in his crate at dog shows. This fit the bill perfectly. Good price, delivered next day, simple to use and clean. All ready for our road trip to the next show.

I use these bowls for my cockatiels and linnies to drink from, which always leads to them soaking in the bowl. The bowl is of perfect size and stays put no matter what shenanigans the birds get up to. Clean up is easy with soap and water or in the dishwasher. This was the best price I could find anywhere for this size and quality.

My cat always knocks his water bowl over and spills every where. I had to save him from himself otherwise I’d come home to a cat without water and a wet floor. Bolted it to the wall now he can’t flip it over.Me = 1Cat= 0

Please be very careful with these. My dog knocked the bowl out of the ring, and then got the ring stuck around his neck with the bracket around his jaw. Luckily my husband works at a vet clinic and we were able to drive right in for bolt cutters but it could have been worse.

Exactly as advertised. The bowl itself doesn't come out of the ring very easily so I tend to just take the whole thing (the bowl and the hooks) when I need to wash or fill it. It's probably for the best because the dogs can't push the bowl out of the thing if they tried to - they are scoundrels.

I have my doubts if this is stainless steel. Corrosion occurred on the hanger very quickly and it broke. Bowl seems fine otherwise.Edit: Replaced with new one, hopefully this one will last longer.
