Easy to set personal combination. Works great for my application.

These locks work as advertised. They accept new combinations, they lock, and they unlock. The rollers for the numbers are not smooth. I sprayed some WD40 on the rollers and now they are smoother. The lock will only serve as a deterrent. I know all locks are pretty much that but these in particular have a longer slimmer neck that doesn't seem at all that good at resisting a brute force attack or from cutting. One of the locks got wet before I sprayed them with WD40 and the rollers overnight were much much harder to turn, the WD40 fixed that issue so I sprayed them all. I am giving these locks 4 out of five stars because I did not expect much and I don't think I got much, if they work a year then I'll be happy. I only recommend these locks if you are looking for a deterrent to keep kids and people out that are just being nosy, if you are wanting more than that then look elsewhere.

Weather-resistant combination locks. We're using these on our sheds and they're working well so far. The shaft is long enough so we can turn it horizontal and fit it across the catches for both doors.Our shed kits came with locks but they are key locks, not combination locks, and for a family it's easier not to have to hunt for a key that was mislaid by someone else, so we substituted these combo locks.They feel sturdy without being overly bulky. Someone determined to break in could break the shaft with a cutting tool, they're not as secure as the tight curved thick kind, but we're not storing valuables in the shed, just a few frequently-used garden tools (and we have security cameras monitoring them), so there's no huge motivation for someone to break in.They're working well for our needs and are well worth $5 each for a set of two.

We just had this lock last week. It seems to work well for outdoor gate. It’s convenient with 4 combination number to open and close the gate. Build quality is good for our purposes to deter unwelcome “visitors” to the back of the house.
