Seriously Great Cookbook
First of let me start by saying just buy it!I've meal prepped for years now, and I've always done the same simple 10 or 12 meal combinations that are pretty basic. I've been craving keto friendly meals that are actually appetizing.Well this cookbook covers that. The grocery list at the beginning of each week is laid out in perfect order for most grocery stores, no more wondering around back and forth to fill your list! Each receipt is easy to follow and comes with great replacement options if a meal doesn't suite you. There's also some great snack and treats receipts to go along. It's also a high quality book, the pages are thick, text is bold and easy to read and all of the meals have quality pictures so you can see exactly what your meals should look like.I can't say enough great things about this cookbook you won't regret buying it.

Effortless Keto Meal Planning Made Possible!
I recently purchased "Easy Keto Meal Prep" and it's been a total game-changer for my ketogenic lifestyle. As someone who has struggled with finding variety and simplicity in my keto meals, this cookbook has provided everything I needed to stay committed and satisfied. The book lays out 8 comprehensive weekly meal plans that are not only easy to follow but come with detailed shopping lists and equipment needed, taking the guesswork out of my grocery runs and meal preparation. What I really appreciate are the step-by-step prep day instructions, which allow me to prepare a week's worth of meals in just a few hours—perfect for my busy schedule! Each of the over 60 recipes included not only tastes delicious but also comes with specific macro ratios and detailed nutritional information. This is invaluable as it ensures I maintain the correct ketosis-driving ratios and manage my dietary intake effectively. The beautiful photography and visual meal grids in the book also make it a pleasure to use, showing exactly what each day's meals will look like along with their macro breakdown. Moreover, the additional tips on sticking with the keto diet, meal prepping like a pro, and safely storing prepped meals are super helpful. It's evident that a lot of thought and expertise went into making this cookbook user-friendly and practical. If you're on the keto diet and looking for a way to spice up your meals while ensuring you stay on track, "Easy Keto Meal Prep" is definitely worth checking out. It has not only saved me time and money but has made my meal planning a breeze. Highly recommended!

Love the food
I love the food and this book. It's not only informative but gives great tips for each week. I'm currently on week 1 day 3. This first weeks of food has been delicious. My only complaint is the protein amounts. Splitting 13oz of chicken over 4 meals just isn't enough. Other then that the book is great. I will in the future add a whole chicken thigh into each meal and not split up 2 pieces just because they are over the weighted amount before cooking. After cooking the chicken thighs weighed 6.6 oz. I also measured out my cauliflower rice and coleslaw wrong, that was a me error, make sure you pay attention to that and actually measure out your portions. I gave myself much smaller portions because I eyeballed it and did not read the instructions in it's entirety. 12lb lost in my first weekUpdate: Week 2:. I can honestly say week 2 was gross. I did not love any of the food. Do NOT follow the guacamole recipe from the book, google ''Keot Guacamole recipe''. It tastes so horrible. The curry chicken was okay at best and I hate cauliflower rice 2 weeks in a row. One day 4 I just ate the chicken and not the rice. the pancakes were so thick and not good at all. Look up a different keto pancake recipe. week 2 food was so bad I stopped following the book after eating that pancake for breakfast. Even the burger, if I didn't add oregano to the burger I would have enjoyed it. Unless you love oregano, don't add it. everything about week 2 was horrible. I threw everything for the next 2.5 days in the trash. Ate what I wanted and gained 5 pounds over the course of 6 days.Week 3.. After being traumatized by week two, I did not do a full meal prep for week 3, only 3 days worth. I did meal prep on Wednesday. I did not eat any of it on Thursday and ate my first two meals on Friday. Remembering what I learned from last week, I did not follow the coleslaw recipe from the book but instead googled ''Keto coleslaw recipe''. the recipe I chose was similar to the book but added black pepper and a sweetener. Other than that Pulled pork and Slaw was great. The chili recipe is AMAZING. I did not make the breakfast from week 3. I went a different way with breakfast. I will make another update on week four.

Worth it!
This book is worth the addition to your library. It lays out a weeks worth of meals and how to portion them. It gives substitution suggestions if there’s something there you don’t like, and adds an optional sweet treat each week. It has shopping lists for each week’s prep, although I haven’t used that feature. I serve such different palettes in my family that I can’t use it as written week to week, but it does have a LOT of great recipes that are easy to put together and portion out.For example, the Burrito bowl recipe, I put together in a 64oz mason jar and made a keto friendly taco sauce to pour over the top and marinate throughout the week before I pull it out on Wednesday night and simply pour in a skillet to warm up.The coconut lime poached salmon is something I’m really looking forward to. I used tilapia because I didn’t have salmon on hand, but the sauce smells amazing and it was a breeze to put together and then portion out for everyone’s Thursday lunch.Don’t think you only need this book to prep out individual servings. It’s very versatile, and one of the four books that stays on my desk for my weekly meal planning.
