We purchased 3 different sizes for our well pump head and hose lines. Fits great and was easy to install. It is a very durable product.

When the temperature drops into the 30's (or below) the last thing you're thinking about is whether the backflow preventer is going to freeze. This cover is awesome -- it fits well and stays put. We didn't need to secure it at the bottom, and it's weathered driving rain and high winds without a problem. A little more expensive than the competitors, but the quality is well worth it. Recommend!

This is a quick, easy and convenient way to protect back flow preventers from freezing. The last few days in south Texas have seen below freezing temps for several consecutive nights.... not normal for this place. Frozen pipes would have been a disaster. I hate wrapping these things with towels, plastic, or whatever else I have laying around. Those days are gone thankfully. Pipes do have a foam wrap, but that would have bot been enough. This did a great job!The velcro along the bottom helps keep out cold air. You can also use large binder clips to keep the bottom edge closed. It appears to be very sturdily built with several layers of different fit-for-purpose insulating materials. It should last for years. It's available in a few colors, so it can blend in with bushes, or the sides of your home. I chose black which absorbs sunlight and may help further warm it up during daylight hours.. These are available in various sizes too. It did cost more than some others, but once I got it in my hands, I knew why it cost what it did.

This seems like a very good product. Very sturdy and will last a long time. However, the dimensions given are the exterior dimensions which is not clearly stated anywhere in the description. I measured my pipe width and it came to 27 inches. When the 28 inch wide insulator came, it was about an inch too short and would not fit. I am going to reorder this item in a larger size. Just a little frustrating that I now have to deal with a return since I do not live close to town so it is a chore to go out to the UPS store for return. But I look forward to returning the small one and getting the new larger size one as it does appear to be a very well constructed item.

It look nice. it fits. Easy to install and remove. I don’t think it will be tested this late in the season, but it gives me peace of mind to have it.

This is a very high quality product, and I expect it to last for years. Don't waste your money on other cheaper junk. This is the one. I purchased a Backflow Preventer Cover and Tank Cover for my well. Great fit. Make sure to measure the item to be covered and add a few inches for ease of installation.

Great item

Bought to go over sprinkler/water connections on my house. The first one, even though I measured was too tight. The company quickly replaced for me and NO charge, even with my new one being larger. Great Customer Service!!! WORKS AMAZING in protecting the connections in cold/freezing weather. I have had several people ask about them -- continue to recommend the product and the company.
