The cabinet arrived in great shape. All parts and hardware are very well labeled. The installation guide was very clear which made the installation a blessing. The cabinet came out beautifully. It is the perfect size for my room, the details on the front doors are lovely. It is sturdy and it looks a lot more than what you would expect for a $300 piece. Love it!

We have been looking for something like this for awhile now and we are very happy with this storage cabinet. Its taller, wide enough and not so deep, which is exactly what we needed, for the space it is in. It looks nice and there is plenty of room to store things and is pretty sturdy, so we are confident enough to have a fish tank on it. I would say be careful nailing the back piece in place do to nail holes are not very visible, but still easy enough to put together...the instructions are funny too! All in all, its great!

Nice looking cabinet. We are using it in our kitchen, but there are a few different areas in the house where this would work.The instructions were well written, and easy to follow. I thought it would take us longer to get it assembled, but things went smoothly.Overall rating is 4 stars because I thought the piece would be a little sturdier. It was chipped in two places (see pics), one being in a visible spot. It isn't large enough for me to want to contact the manufacturer for any replacements, but still slightly annoying. Other than that, the cabinet is great. 5 stars for storage capacity

I received this today and assembled it. It took 2.5 hours in total and that included me putting it into place and cutting out some openings in the backing for plug ins. Pretty simple to assemble I did it by myself. Everything lined up as it should and I received it damage free. Would definitely purchase from them again.

We were really impressed with how heavy this cabinet is. I was a little disappointed that the pattern was not carved (as it appears) but still very attractive. However, for the price this is a really nice piece and holds plenty of stuff.There are never good photos, so, you're welcome.Assembly was not too bad until trying to attach the back.It is difficult to keep that in place (the back is not heavy, cardboard as is a very common backing to cut costs). This part is better with at least 2 (possibly 3) sets of hands. Honestly, 2 people could hold it in place & a 3rd to nail it on would be good.With 2, we did miss in one place and peeled up a piece of the bottom shelf on the inside. That was distressing.

I purchased this to use as a nice shoe cabinet in our home entryway. The packaging of the cabinet was excellent. I try to order big items like this from Amazon.com because some have been damaged in the past when purchasing and shipping via other carriers. However, the packaging was exceptional and likely would have sustained a beating.The instructions were very good and all parts were labelled well. The installation took 2-3 hours, but I tend to read instructions multiple times and double check. So it likely could have been done in half the time.After installation, I noticed that one of doors had a faded/discolored pattern on it. I used Sauder's website to order a replacement door (under warranty). At the same time I ordered extra shelves and pins so that there are more shelves for shoes. The cost of the shelves (which include shipping) was very reasonable. They sent out the replacement door and shelves within a few days. I installed all items and I now consider the cabinet perfect in every way.I have ordered Sauder products multiple times in the past and they are a step above others in quality. I expect to pay more for quality and I am not disappointed in that respect. I have not had a need in the past to deal with warranty issues, but this experience makes it more likely that I'll order additional Sauder products in the future. I can't say enough about how excellent their customer service is. I called and talked with a representative to verify the order and it was a very pleasant experience.To sum it up in a few words: "Great product and great company".

Two times I’ve ordered and had to return this item because of broken pieces inside the box! I took a day off work to be home for freight pickup that didn’t show, waited two weeks for the first broken one to be picked up, and now I have to do it again because AGAIN it arrived broken. Don’t buy it! It’s not worth the hassle!
