simple, sturdy, easy to install
Installation was painless except that we needed a 1/2 inch connector adapter and a new flexible gas line kit. The stove does not ship with a hose, which makes sense as the length and kind is individual. It looks good. Because it is free standing, we ordered also an additional universal stove back-splash to cover the back gap to the wall. The size is standard, and we could replace a 25 year old stove.The setup of the stove is simple, functional, no gimmicks. It is designed also for commercial use. I like that there are no limitations on the range, very little or very high flame is possible. It looks easy to clean.

Avoid Like the Plague
Arrived broken with a dangerous oven condition that essentially caused excessive propane to enter the oven, thus creating uncontrollable flames that were burning the inside of the oven. This created a fire hazard on top of rendering the oven inoperable.Unreal!

Almost great!
Arrived with a dysfunctional thermostat. Was able to receive new parts the second time around from mfr. mfr offered to reimburse for service but most service providers will not work on this brand. Fit and finish, and shipping excellent quality.

This is the key to make your Mother in-law happy.
My Mother in-law had a 15 year old stove. I will name the old stove Jorge. They fix Jorge for over and over again, in his last 2 years of life, my mother in law have to use lighter to light it up every time she cook. eventually he retired after 15 year of serving my wife’s family. My mother in law told me once that she wish to have a Professional range exactly like those on the tv show. And I told her I will get one for her.Finally, the Empava Pro Range is here!
