Weird fit
This was a gift for my boyfriend and if it hadn’t been and he’d have been able to try it on beforehand without ruining the surprise of the gift then I would’ve returned it tbh. Lesson learned with buying hats. The quality of the hat is pretty decent but it has a weird fit. It’s like it’s made too small or not long enough. Doesn’t seem to be as deep in room as typical hats so it fits too weird and because of that it never gets worn

Do you know what it says?
The hat fits like a $18 hat. Can’t say I like caps with the metal adjustable clasp, but that’s my preference. I bought this for my friend that makes fun of me for being a 45 year old anime/manga fan. (I’ve been reading manga since I was 13)🤷🏼♂️. It was a joke because I looked up the kanji on it and I learned it was the kanji for fat, oil, petroleum, lube. I didn’t dig very deep into the meaning; but I did enough to understand that many people will walk around not knowing what it means. I also saw a hat on Amazon similar to this one that advertised saying it said “love” when in fact it meant “troubled”Do your homework before buying. If it’s the design you like, more power to you. I still secretly laugh when my 90lb friend wears his “fat, oil” hat while oblivious. He tells girls he meets it means “faithful”…😬
