The shipping box had several areas of damage but the way the chair parts were packed allowed to stay protected. The chair is beautiful and top quality and I wouldn’t hesitate in buying it again. But do yourself a favour and go to the companies website for the YouTube video of the install because the document that comes with the chair is not accurate.

The instructions and assembly where very easy to follow, the included screws where and tool for installation, solid construction. I had chair assembled in 20 mins. The adjustment took a little longer as it was very tight, but as I sat in it more, it eased up. Very comfortable. Would buy again
