Easy installation, until you put on the handles. Like many other reveiws, The manufacturer of the handles and the manufacturer of the valve stem need to get on the same page. Handles female teeth are sloppy on the vavle stems male teeth. Other then that, it would have been five star reveiw!

Who knows how old my tub/shower fixtures are. They probably were installed when the house was built in the 1970s. My hot water faucet was leaking into the wall. I'm a 62 year old woman who likes to do things myself. Often these types of installations can end up with me not being able to get old parts loose. This kit had the right tools to get things unstuck, all the parts fit, and the installation was a swear free breeze. Note that I almost always curse when doing these types of jobs. YouTube helped me figure out the process. Google "How to Repair a Shower Valve Stem | Ask This Old House" and "Bath tub and Shower Faucet repair Step by Step". All the valves are brass and look like they will last as long as the original ones did.

Hot and cold valve work well. However the shower/tub diverter doesn't seal properly. Plastic o ring is not the proper size.

This did not fit the tubing. Not standard, and no indication as to the diameter size.

Everything to fully renew shower manifold- including the specialty tools for installation! A screwdriver, pliers, and never-sieze (put this on valve stem's under handles so they don't corrode in place) and you are fully equipped. The included seats are important to change if your valves are going through washers in months like mine. I cant over-recommend this kit…. Its so unusual to get EVERTHING in one box- what a pleasure. Anyone with minor skills or pro could use this kit.

The kit was complete with everything I needed for the installation, and the installation was simple with the tools provided in the kit. This was well worth cost! Note: The most difficult part of the whole process was removing the handles that were calcified to the valve stems, so get a handle puller too.
