Sturdy patio set. Had issue with part of delivery as well as one of the chairs had a slight flaw and vendor was more than great at resolving the issues. Had replacement shipped in a few days. Would definitely buy from them again

I bought this in the summer, and waited to review it. I’m glad I waited, and not just a quick review during the honeymoon period. Like I said in the title, this is a great looking table, pretty much exactly what I wanted. It was packed well, coming in three manageable boxes, one had some significant damage, but the chairs were fine inside.Putting the table together was easy, the process for the chairs is tedious, but not difficult.This is where the positives end.The plastic feet on the chairs are extremely brittle and break easily. I plan on replacing them all in the spring. For the cost of this set, I shouldn’t have to replace anything less than a year into ownership.This where things really get bad. The bars on the tabletop collect rainwater internally. I found this out when I was leaning on the table while eating, and a stream of rusty water poured out onto my lap.This happens every time it rains.I have multiple rust stains on my deck now because of this table. The chairs leak out rusty water, too.I contacted the seller, and they only made things worse. Through multiple messages back and forth, they continually denied any issue on their end.They blamed me for keeping a patio table outside. How dare I do that?They wanted me to send them pictures of the rusty parts. I told them multiple times that the problem is internal, and there is no way that I can take a picture. The responses was that they couldn’t do anything because I couldn’t send them a picture.I sent them a video of the water pouring out. They said they couldn’t view it through the Amazon messaging service. I asked for an email to send, and they did not provide one.When I told them about the feet breaking, they asked for a picture. I sent a picture of the broken foot, and the hole on the bottom of the chair where they go. No response of any substance, other than their standard deflection.So when spring comes, I’m going to try to figure out if I can effectively seal the tubes, provided they’re not rusted through already, buy new feet for all the all chairs, and I guess buy covers for everything. For the cost of this set, I should just be sitting at it, and enjoying a burger on a warm June dayEdit 03/08/2022. The seller responded to my review above, asking if they could do anything to help. After multiple messages noted above months ago, I can’t believe they reached out again. It’s so insulting, after they did everything they could to evade responsibility, and now they ask me again???

I absolutely love this outdoor furniture set. The table and chairs are very well made and the furniture is easy to assemble. I had an issue with an incorrect arm for one of the chairs so I contacted the seller on a Saturday and they responded on Sunday and got the correct arm shipped to me right away. I have to say that I’m extremely impressed with their product and customer service. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. The chair color is a grey and tan tweed. The seats are a little deep so the edge of the chair hits me a little below my knees which a pillow will take care of. None of the rest of my family had that problem. The table is black metal and very attractive but it does get hot in the sun. I got a 11 foot umbrella, when it’s open the sun doesn’t touch it at all

It’s a nice little set. I paid to have someone assemble it. It took him over 90 minutes. I’m not in love with the black but chose it over a glass top or the brown table (the less expensive set from this brand) because it’s more practical. The seats are supposed to be “padded” (and cost extra) however it doesn’t feel padded when you sit down. Over all, it looks nice, is very practical and for the amount we’ll use it, I’m sure it will do just fine.

Somewhat easy to put together, had an issue with a part and customer service was quick with a response and solved the issue. It’s actually sturdier than I’d expect at this price.

Yes we really like this set a lot. It's sturdy and well made. We especially like the chairs that swivel and rock.Also experienced great customer service. One of the chair seat had a small 1/8' hole. We contacted customers service and they replaced the seat within 2 weeks. Now that's great customer service.

The order arrived on time and I thought it was missing 3 chairs. I left a bad review thinking my order was short. I left a bad review not knowing that the order was complete. I am sorry. The service was great and I am sure I'm gonna love it.
