Vitamin D levels raised!

I have purchased these gummies on a subscription so I remember to take them ''regularly'' and while I don't exactly take them every single day and may have gone a week or two forgetting to take them before remembering to do so again, I was actually quite surprised at my vit D level increase. Yes, it has been a few months between the two tests - drs seem to just tell you what to do and then don't do any follow up tests. So the 2nd test at the higher level was with a new dr. I also tend to get really lazy when it comes to swallowing pills. I don't hate it, but it also feels more of an annoying chore to me and pills to swallow never taste good. So, with the fact that these taste good and my vit D levels are finally in the sufficient range (my dr says 30-100ng/ml), and they are VEGAN, these are getting a 5 star rating from me. These are currently costing me, as of Nov 21, 2022 21.55 on subscribe and save.

Delicious but pricey
These were some of the tastiest gummies I've ever tried. They were useful to get me back in the habit of taking daily vitamins, but now that I'm acclimated again I switched to the regular pill form because, no matter how awesome these gummies are, they're just insanely expensive.If you don't mind the cost, these are fantastic

I had my blood work done and i had a D deficiency. I’ve been taking these for a year and my blood work just came back perfectly normal. Doctor says to continue. They taste great. They are vegan so they are perfect for me ❤️
