This is a Christmas gift that he asked for. He has to ask someone to be borrow one when he needs one at work. So I know that he will be pleased with it.

Looks good
Haven’t got to use it yet but seems to be of really good quality.OEM makes some pretty mid to high quality stuff. A must have for testing out catalytic converters. Will come back and change my review if it doesn’t work after a few uses.

Works but could be better
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to troubleshoot a catalytic converter issue on my Silverado..all indications pointed to bad cats but I wanted to make sure. This was really easy to use. The needle on the gauge constantly jumped but it was still relatively easy to tell that I had a bad cat. The attached video is from my driver side cat and it clearly jumps above 3 PSI at 2500 RPM. The passenger side reacted completely different…but I could only upload one video. While I wish the gauge reacted better and didn’t jump as much…I still think it’s worth the money. Wish I had bought this a long time ago.

Great that it has a longer hose on it, the one in my shop has a hose half the length make the job for one person not 2.

i did not like the gauge on this tool it is not stable at all. it sweeps from good to bad. i would not buy it again.

Get the job done
This is a great tool and a necessity for anyone who does auto repair. Sneaky secondary cats can really gunk up the works if you will. Having this pressure gauge gives you a chance to know if you have excessive exhaust back pressure. And it works.
