Different colors do not mean different difficulty level
The different colors are the same strength level -- they are not varied degrees of difficulty. I purchased this for hand strength therapy following a stroke expecting they would be progressive -- easy to hard -- soft to stiff. There is no difference between green, orange, blue except the color. Very disappointed.

Green Band Snapped After One Month
I had this product for just over a month when the green band snapped. I used it every other day for 3-4 reps of 25 each hand.

Good set, results To Be Seen
Been using it for a few weeks now. Not seeing tons of results even with a high amount of reps. But the pieces are well made, do their job, and feel good on your fingers or in your hand. Definitely good materials, but the results aren't evident yet.

The items in this box are cheaply made. If you need them for serious reasons do not buy these. I was very disappointed .
