Best hay ive ever purchased for my rabbits!
I was using kaytee wafer cut Timothy hay and decided to try this product instead. My reasons for trying this product was for 2 reasons. First reason being that my 3 year old rabbit kept sneezing due to the previous hays we've tried. I had tried different cuts and other products but he kept sneezing and I know after many discussions with his vet it was the hay dust causing this. So that was my main reason. My second reason was because I felt I was paying for a quarter of the hay I was previously buying for just hay dust. So I got this hat in a few days ago and appearance alone was a big difference compared to the previous company I bought from. This hat was a dark green. The first time I grabbed some of this hay I could feel a huge difference, this hay was soft! So I gave my 3 rabbits this new hay and I didnt have all this hay dust flying around their room. All 3 of my bunnies approve of this new hay especially my 3 year old boy cause in a few day I've noticed hes barely sneezing anymore. This company has a customer for life as I will always own bunnies.

Great Hay!
Arrives quickly which is good since freshness counts! Our rabbit really thrives on second cut hay, and Rabbit Hole delivers a consistently quality product. It’s all we order.

Best hay with no hay dust!!!
If I could give this hay a higher rating I would! We thought that buying more hay the better from other sellers. But the last seller that I bought hay from had what we call "hay dust" than actual hay that our piggies would eat. We ended up wasting the hay and asking for a refund (still waiting for help from the seller). So we decided to take a chance with this hay and OMG our piggies couldn't eat it fast enough. The moment we filled their hay bins with this hay, they literally did not stop eating for a good 30 minutes and then I had to refill them before going to bed. The next morning, you could fill in the blankets as to how much was left in their bins. I've included pictures of our piggies and the pregnant mommas stuffing their selves. I will only buy hay from this seller, Jason. Jason you have our business from now on!

Warning! Be Careful with This Product - Marketing is Incorrect
A few weeks ago I decided to try Rabbit Hole Hay Second Cut Timothy Hay just to see if my guinea pigs would prefer this brand (it shipped quicker than the Oxbow). I first ordered 1 pound, and it was green, fresh, and my guinea pigs loved it, but it didn't last long. I immediately ordered five pounds.I should have known better not to use it when I opened the bag. The whole bag was basically straw (brown, very long and difficult to break apart), and not the soft Western Timothy hay I received before. Instead of throwing it out (I assumed I wouldn't be able to get a refund) I tried out a sample for my guinea pigs, and they ate it-- most likely because it had a lot of those fuzzy parts that they love. I decided to give them this hay until the next order of Oxbow arrived.Unfortunately, today one of my guinea pig's eyes had white film over it (she was perfectly fine the night before), and the lower lid was slightly swollen (the photo below shows a close up of her eye after the vet cleaned it out). The vet determined she has a laceration across her eyeball (you can see a white strip across her eyeball which is the cut). I've had my two guinea pigs for almost three years, and something like this has never happened before. I believe she received this injury from this hay. Of course there is no way to one hundred percent determine this accident occurred because of this hay, but the vet did say that it looked like a deep scratch from hay (the vet is an exotic pets vet and has seen an injury like this one quite a few times). Their bedding is fleece, so there is no way it was due to flaky bedding such as cedar chips.I am devastated by what happened to my guinea pig. Like I said before, my guinea pigs have never had an accident like this in the past. I will never buy from this company again, and I strongly urge everyone to make sure the quality of the hay is what it should be before giving it to your guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. This company needs to practice quality control. What this company sent me is not second cut Timothy hay, but probably first cut (seemingly more appropriate for horses rather than small animals such as guinea pigs).

Scooter loves it
I have tried several brands, but this is my Holland Lop's favorite. It is quite a bit more expensive than any other brand that I have tried, but it is worth it if my rabbit is happy and healthy.

taste our rabbit Poppy did not like, something was wrong
The last bag purchased for some reason my rabbit did not enjoy as much as other bags I have purchased. I mean before he would eat the whole pile of hay I put in front of him but this bag he basically leaves alone. WHY ? Other then that bag all the other bags he has enjoyed very much. Good product. My rating has changed for this product because the bag that I purchased 3 weeks ago as I said our rabbit would not eat it. We stayed with the product one more time and purchased another and this last bag our rabbit ate it like he used too. We threw the other bag out that evidently was BAD. WHY???????????? We have bought this hay many times

Bunny likes it.
it is ok. Their bag is too tight for the content so the hay is damaged. They should not pack the hay so tight. My bunny likes it, but he is not crazy about it.
