Almost 5 months, I have been using.I found it very strong so far.

Pictured with my Razer Blade Advanced 15 (2018). It fits perfectly, solidly, doesn't slide down when inclined. The build quality of the stand itself is good.The fan is very quiet and the light is low and ambient, even in a dark room. For the price I'm very satisfied.

I am pretty sure that this product has saved my (very old) laptop. It used to get very, very hot and the fan would make a weird like grinding noise that would make me have to shut it off overnight to completely cool. This cooler has allowed me to limit the amount of shutoffs and my computer has truly not gotten even close to overheating since this purchase. The 2 fans are very quiet and quite sufficient (couldn't imagine the need for 3 or more fans). The only thing that tells you it is even running (outside of sitting in front of it when you can hear the fan but not as loud as a laptop fan) is the blue light that is emitted when it is plugged in. The USB power connector does not cause you to lose a USB outlet, can plug directly into the fan connection.Is approximately 1/2" thick without the feet raised. There is no "stop" in the front and have had 1 or 2 instances that I have had to slide the laptop back a little but only after having moved both. I have owned this for more than a month if that is any indication. the laptop feet are able to grip the cooler grid.This arrived well packaged and without risk of injury during shipping in my case.The cooler does allow you to tilt your laptop up. There is only one stand height option though. I find the height comfortable for typing and your screen is movable in most cases so it really shouldn't pose a problem.Will say that if you are going to be picking up and moving both the fan and laptop at the same time, disconnect the cooler power or be very careful with hand placement. You are not going to risk a finger or limb but will cause the fan blades to grind something terrible. Keep in mind that these are fan blades spinning within a very narrow space.Overall I am very satisfied and relieved of my purchase (think you know what I mean). I was not reimbursed or offered this product for a lower price. This is my honest and unbiased opinion and would highly recommend this product.

In a nutshell: incredible value and performance for the price. Received early (always a plus) from Amazon. Extremely easy to set up (literally plug it in the USB port of your laptop and that's it), thoughtful design of USB plug allows another USB device to "piggyback" on it (so you don't really "use up" any of your USB ports). Not entirely silent and when placed at certain angles one of the fans makes a slight "catching" sound (but not an issue when placed flat). No on/off switch for the fans or the blue lights. Thought it would be a cheap product, but to my surprise it is awesome. It is made very well. Very rugged but light weight. The legs on the item are wide and very sturdy for great support and easily fold out of the way. The entire pad keeps the laptop cool as it has open holed grills. The soft blue light is a nice night light that is mostly covered by the laptop but shows through enough at the bottom to be pleasant. The cord has a sideways USB connection possibly blocking another USB port so it has an extra USB built right into the back to give you back your blocked USB port. I was able to fold the cord slightly down so my USB port wasn't blocked thus giving me an extra port if needed. The fan is ultra quiet. I would buy it again definitely! My laptop is safe on a sturdy, rugged light stand and very cool. Laptop does not feel hot at all. Excellent choice and great price.

I got this unit for my work laptop which tends to get really warm, quickly, and its fan runs pretty frequently (and is pretty loud - you can hear it across the room). This unit definitely keeps it cooler as the laptop fan barely runs now and it's pretty quiet. The blue lights on the fans are a bonus.The "passthrough" cord works nicely - plug it into a USB port, and you can plug another USB device into its cord, so you don't "use up" a port. The cord could be a little longer, though. I'm pretty jammed up for open ports, and I didn't want to pull power away from any of my devices, so I plugged into a USB extension cable, then into a regular outlet plug. It works just fine that way.Only concern is after about 30 days of constant use, I'm starting to hear a faint "buzzing" sound from one of the fans. I would have hoped it would have taken longer before signs of wear started showing. I leave the fans and my laptop running 24/7. Will keep an ear on it and see what happens over the next month or so.Overall, a decent unit.
