Real Fat Quarters
These are nice thin cotton fabrics. I like them. And at first when I opened it, I had assumed I had only one fat quarter. But when I inspected close there was more. It was very thin, but it is rough to the touch. it is good for doll clothes for what I used it for.

Quality fabric, washed beautifully
Important to me that fabric hold it's shape, color, and texture after machine washing. Excellent results

Excellent for beeswax wraps
I purchased these squares to make beeswax wraps for larger items such as loaves of bread for myself and to give as gifts. The fabric is perfect for that. I needed to launder them first to remove starch, but I would have to do the same for ANY cotton I got for this purpose. The wraps turned out perfectly and the patterns are nice.

kind of cheap fabric
I like the patterns on these pieces of fabric, but the material is very thin and I can actually see through the fabric. I purchased this for a quilt and don't think it will hold up for very long with every day wear and tear. A person definitely wouldn't use this for stuffed animals or an heirloom quilt. Also, the square are NOT 20", they are 19 1/2".

Nice variety
I love fabric and these squares have brought some prints and colors into my house that I would have never bought individually. Same reason that I buy fabric at the thrift store as I get an unusual selection. I don't like paying $5+/yard for fabric that i don't really like, so I buy flower fabric and lots of it! When getting packs like this off of Amazon, I get pieces that somehow end up looking perfect in a quilt block. One of the joys of enjoying matching up fabrics when I make my scrap quilts. This 50 piece set has juvenile prints (set aside for Project Linus quilts), some black and white prints (something I normally wouldn't buy but I like seeing black and white quilts with a pop of color), floral fabric in several colorways, etc. I am looking forward to using them and seeing what great blocks I can make with them, and to also set aside some pieces for a unique charm quilt that I have in my mind.I appreciate receiving these pieces. Thank you.
