I had a lot of problems with clogged ducts. Since I started taking this supplement, I have had a clog twice, and they go away within a day instead of 2-3 days like before. Definitely a wonderful product!

I've purchased these 5 times in the past. The 6th time I noticed the capsules are smaller than usual. Checked the back and the dosage requires 3 capsules now instead of the 2 that it has been the entire time I've been taking them. Now instead of a bottle lasting 120 days it only lasts 80 days. Total scumbag behavior. Giving you 30% less for the same price. Just raise the price. This shrinkflation nonsense has to stop. It is like the marketing version of gaslighting. Tricking consumers into paying more for less. I remember when Gatorade and Powerade came in 32 ounce bottles. Now they charge the same price for 28 ounces. When does it end?

Still same great product, however… I don’t know if people complained about the size of the pills, but now they are smaller and there are only 80 servings in the bottle instead of the 120 that were there before, which is unfortunate because now we get less for the price and will have to order more often. Ugh! Can no one leave well enough alone?!!!!!! They were never hard to swallow!

I take 2 am AND pm, never had a problem. When i first started breastfeeding and my milk came in I was full of lumps, hard, and getting hot bordering on mastitis. I started these, omegas and oil of oregano, cleared up in 2 days. I’m 6 months in Ava going strong. Never ever a clogged duct. BUY THESE THANK ME LATER MAMA

Most lecithins on the market are made with soy. Although I am sensitive to soy, I thought it would be OK in this supplement. I was wrong. I found that sunflower lecithin is a great alternative. When investigating, the price was the best for this product.

I’ve been using it for 8 months now and I can attest to the fact that this lecithin helps fading my dark spots on my skin cause by stagnant bile from my liver since my early age. I always use sunscreen everyday so I believe my dark spots is not from UV light from the Sun because I have dark spots from my covered parts of my body like armpits, elbow & knees, & back.
