I've played a lot of guitars, and this little gem is amazing!Sound is deep and rich. Resonant! Good sustain.Easy playability.I ordered the Fender for kids at first.After being underwhelmed by the sound, I returned it for this Strungo.Easily five times the guitar in every respect. If the grandkids don't like it, I'll use it for a travel guitar.It's that good.Sure, my big fingers won't play some chords, but I'll adapt! Marvelous job Stringo. You got it right with this one.Thank you!And BTW, the Fender is almost three times the price.Get this guitar for the little ones, not the "high quality" Fender.Oh. This Stingo is far lighter than the Fender too. Sounds good even in acoustic mode.Haven't tried the amp yet. Even if the amp is junk, the guitar alone is worth the price! It's a keeper...I'll add a video soon, to demo it.

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE THIS GUITARRRRRRR!!!! It's such a great quality product especially for the price. It came with the full kit and it was very easy to assemble. The only complaint I have is that I was using it for an hour and I got a cut on my finger from the rough fretboard because I was playing a fast paced, Metallica song. I'm thinking about filing down the frets. However, I loved everything else about it. Also, the Amp projects well and is loud and you can connect it to your headphones. I highly recommend this!!!!!!!!!

Nice guitar for the price.The purple to black sunburst finish is awesome and No flaws.Maple body makes the Guitar feel food and solid not cheap.I replaced , pickups , strings, switch plate with 500k pots and pickguard. It now sounds awesome!Great guitar to make mods to.Now sounds Better than any Fender I’ve played.Did need some bridge work to get the buzzing out of it. And the amp does sound a little cheesy. Plugged into a good amp and sounds great!

The media could not be loaded. Ive never really played guitar before but so far as a beginner, I feel very natural with this kit. It needed tuning and the string tree needed some alignment, literally just screwing the screw, but nothing huge. The amp speaker works well and is very light. The packaging came damaged but everything works well so far

My only complaint is that the color is NOT the purple that I ordered, and the amp is in no way the color pink. What I got was a guitar that is closer to a brown and the amp is purple. Otherwise the guitar and amp seems to work. It is a Christmas gift, so we will have to wait until then to see.

Was looking for cheap option but high quality beginner electric guitar. I found this model and I must say I am very impressed with it. I like how it looks and feels like a high end top quality instrument. Also happy it comes with all these bonuses accessories and very well packed.Overall very impressed and looking forward to continue enjoying my new instrument.

Just got this a day or so ago. The amplifier, I immediately took to my local music store, where I am the luthier, and had him put it up for sale. You could use it for a while, and it probably sounds much better with headphones than out of the little speaker.The guitar fit and finish were better than I thought, save it needs a good setup. Cherryburst if very nicely tinted.Tuner was a nice add, and I was actually impressed with the quality of the 10 foot cable they put in the box. Strap is cheap but serviceable.The bad...The pickups are just junk, low output, the lowest of the low ceramic pickups.The tuners are rough and need changing. Also, put some pencil lead in the slots of the nut. It is free and the strings will slide much better between the tuners and the fretboard.The no-name strings are just junk and need to be changed out immediately. Throw the other set away, doing yourself a favor.Bag is nothing more than a dust cover.Sand off carefully the stupid Stringo name on the headstock and put on some paste wax. Like it was never there. Better a no name than a Stringo...If you are careful, and buy carefully, you can have a great sounding, great looking guitar for well under $200.Strings, about $8Decent set of tuners, maybe $25I plan on putting in a set of double rail red pickups which cost me $15 each here on Amazon. Having used them before, they are overwound, they sound hot and great for a beginner.I gave it four stars because they sent an amp I can sell for about $50.
