Able to do the job & not take a baby builder to use.
I am a 70 year old woman. Saw some reviews showed these old guys struggling to operate the device & was worried about the strength required. I had no problem at all! Device cut thru the fence wire like butter. Size was perfect to handle. I would buy again & recommend to anyone.

They do cut extremely well and don't bind at all.
The wire cutters came promptly and I was looking forward using them to cut a roll of fencing into wire tomato and tomatillo cages for my garden. I do have tin snips that work also but they bind up on the larger wire. These are fierce. These may even cut a lock off. I was able to cut up enough wire to fabricate 8 or so cages . One note about these cutters is I have to use both hands to use them. Being in my 80's has left me with lame hands that a pair of single handed cutters is unsatisfactory for me. So these work nicely for this old gent. O

Does cut many things but locks and hardened material will damage these cutters.

Cuts through chains like BUTTER!
I really like my new Workpro compact folding bolt cutters! The weight and feel of the tool is heavy duty and high quality. The first time I cut a chain, I was surprised how easy it was! And when folded up and put back inside its box its about the size of a medium book! Thanks for a great tool, Workpro!!!
