Meets my expectations. Also Velcro pokes your arm if not exactly lined up. I would recommend.

Hard to keep on for any length of time.

After major shoulder surgery I wanted a shoulder ice pack. I tried so many, actual ice packs that strapped on, freezable gel packs, and then finally found this one. Maybe the others were awful heavy and became painful in a relatively short period of time with the weight resting on my shoulder. This one folds up to go into a bag, freezes quickly, but not too rigid did it won’t be somewhat flexible. It was the latest shoulder pack and has been by far the best.

Much smaller than expected, especially for the arm portion. Only stays cold for about 5-8 minutes which isn't long enough in my opinion. Good coverage on the shoulder portion though. Not great but also not horrible.

This is easy to put on and stays cold for about 30 minutes. Works great!

Have ordered this itemTwice and both times received a wrap for shoulder not hip!

This is a big disappointment. I kept it in the freezer for a couple of weeks before trying it. The cold lasted about 7-minutes. That's not even close to the recommended 20-minutes. It does feel cold at first, hence the two stars, but it's a pretty disappointing purchase.

I have bursitis in my hip. Use this product to ice the area to reduce inflamation.
