Super easy to install, fits perfectly and looks great! It took me 15 minutes and most of the time just to remove leftovers from previous one that was broken. Great experience!

Perfect fit for my wife’s 2009 base R56 Mini Cooper. Arrived safely wrapped in foam, inside a plastic bag, inside a cardboard box. Took all of 10 minutes to install, and that included removing the clips from the old trim and cleaning the surface. There were a couple small plastic tabs on the back that I snapped off because they didn’t quite line up, but they had no effect on a secure installation.As others have mentioned, make sure you save the four screws from the old trim, as they are not included. My local Mini dealer courteously offered to replace this piece of trim for only $290, so even if the fit & finish weren’t near perfect, I’d still be delighted.

Great product. Quality seems to be ok. Can’t say anything about longevity because we installed it today.Fast delivery with my Amazon prime.I used on my mini cooper 2013 R56.Very happy with the results. My husband changed it in about 15 minutes using a couple tools. Thanks.

This trim fit perfectly and was easy to put on. The piece did not come with screws so keep your old ones. I would maybe you tube how to put it on before you start. I made it entirely too hard when it did not have to be. Once I figured out how to put it on it looks 5 minutes. Looks like the original piece. The detail shop broke mine off and did not bother to tell me. They glued it on and and the glue did not hold. It blew off as I was driving dow the highway. Anyway the trim is great I would recommend it.

Wrong contour of the top to fit my 2008 R55,even though the fitting app says so.I install it but the top doesn’t match the hood.
