This light definitely has a sleek look. It is also easy to install, and the light output is amazing. I love the light because I feel like it can be used in so many different situations. This light is easy to switch on and off and is also easy to transport. I love the brightness of this light and the fact that it has a 50,000 hour lifespan. I would recommend this light to anyone who needs a versatile light.DAWALIGHT is a great product for anyone who wants an affordable light for their garden that is easy to install. I love that I can also buy replacement bulbs for this light since I don't have to worry about replacing the entire fixture if I need to. 📦 This recessed ground light comes in a plain cardboard box and inside you’ll find the light, sealed bag with two screw and an Allen key, and an instruction leaflet.🪛 WHAT DOES IT DO AND HOW DOES IT WORK?This is designed to illuminate at night and provide light for your garden with a very small footprint. It is made to be fitted into you decking or ground and sit very nearly flush and create an upward light.✍️DESCRIPTIONThis light comes with a brushed stainless-steel cap which is a lovely design. The light has some weight to it with its metal cap and plastic body and feels very solid. The top is secured with 2 screws with an Allen key head to hold it in position. With the screw removed, the centre can be lifted out just leaving the base behind which is to be installed into the ground. The light unit itself is sealed and achieves an IP67 rating which means it is protected against the effects of immersion in water. To replace the bulb, which it doesn’t come with one, you can then release four bolts which reveals the bulb holder.🙇🏻 HANDS ONThe light feels very built and solid, so I have confidence in the quality from the weight alone. Lifting the light out of the holder reveals that all the weight is in that and not the holder itself. The wiring is sealed at the bottom to stop water ingress and the lid is held down with four Allen key screw which also prevents water egress. I find it annoying that it doesn’t come with a bulb as the description clearly states that it does. The manual does confirm that it doesn’t come with one so be aware that you will have to buy one to be able to use this light. It takes a regular GU10, and the LED type is preferred as that is what the transformer is set up for.Installation was straight forward as drilling a hole big enough for the holder (10cm width) and then placing the light fixture into it and screwing it down. Wiring is like wiring a plug with an Earth, Live, and Neutral so easy to wire up to get power to it but you will have to provide your own cable as the one fitted is only 50 cm long.🧑🏼‍🎓CONCLUSIONI absolutely love these lights. I was expecting something that looked cheap and cheerful but what I received far exceeded my expectations. This light looks very elegant and quite expensive when installed. The instructions are minimal so not very helpful, and I find it annoying that it doesn’t come with a bulb when the description clearly states that it does. This almost closely matched the failed driveway light I used to replace, which was a pleasant surprise.The recessed ground light is made of stainless steel panel and die-cast aluminium with transparent tempered glass. It is equipped with a GU10 light bulb that is replaceable. Also compatible with LED 8W Max and can be changed to any colour or brightness. The PC embedded box offers water, dust, rust and heat resistance, intended for outdoor use.I must say that this has a nice construction considering that it has a recessed ground light. Since it has been installed for a little over a week and during that time we have experienced some heavy rain, this light appears to be of much higher quality which is really nice. The light was partially submerged in water for around 45 minutes at a time, but I didn’t see any problems resulting from it. Moreover, the stainless steel finish on the lamp is of good quality and looks stunning. Despite being walked on and having water splashed against it, it hasn't become tarnished or harmed.With all that said, although they are not the cheapest at £45 each, I believe the quality of this light merits the price. These will undoubtedly replace the rest of my lights as they start to fail.

Buying these types of lights that get buried below ground needs decent preparation. I put these lights into my patio to line against the plants on the fence.Staggered them 5M apart and connected with armoured cable. Filled all the joint boxes with special gel that prevents water ingress.This can be done by non professional but to be safe may be best to use a qualified electrician.The light looks great when installed and the light is not overpowering and subtle which is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I replaced one of my failed driveway lights with this and it matched almost perfectly which was a nice bonus.The previous light failed fairly quickly because the area it is fitted gets a lot of water running across it. This light seems to be much better quality, its been fitted just over a week now and we've had some heavy rain during this time. At one point the light was fully submerged in water for approximately 45 minutes but no issues have come from it.The stainless steel finish on the light surround is high quality and looks brilliant. It hasn't tarnished or scratched despite having foot fall and water passing over it.At £45 per light they're not the cheapest but the quality of this light justifies the cost in my opinion. I will no doubt replace the rest of my lights with these as they begin to fail.
