Foam Quality is average...and it's just a thin plywood

Using this currently in my HT room. The panel is quite thin (1 inch) and I am not sure how much of diffusion/ absorption it does. It looks good though. The wood panel on top is as thin as a sheet of sun mica which you use on furniture. If you want good looks though go for it

Asthetics - 4.5/5Fit and finish - 4/5. Some of the panels have the foam slightly out of the wooden square.Overall, yes it seems to dampen the sound a bit.
