Initially, I received what looked like a returned item (1 star withheld for this inconvenience). However, I initiated, without issue, a return and replace with Amazon and a day and a half later I received a new pillow.The pillow itself is of a super soft material on the outside and not too firm memory foam on the inside. It holds its shape when placed around the neck and will fit plus sized persons as well without issue. It comes with a black drawstring bag for storage but also has a snap strap attached to the pillow itself for ease when travelling if you don’t want to travel with the drawstring bag (NB - the snap strap started fraying upon first use, the rest of the pillow stood up fairly well to international travel however).It also comes with a pair of single use earplugs and an ok eye mask. It’s a decent size all around and felt quite comfortable without feeling like it was trying to smother or choke me. It also feels and looks to be a well made, quality product and value for money, but only time will really tell if it holds up to the true rigours of travel.

I live and work in China so I go home to California at least one a year. This year I was also going to Maui so I wanted to get a pillow I could use before the long flight back to China. When I first received the pillow I was disappointed because it looks cheaply made due to the stitching (others had brought this up in other review), but I’m a side sleeper and I found the side function appealing and while the stitching looks bad (spaced out, choppy (?), I found it to be strong. I tried both methods from the video and found the second was best for me. The side feature was extremely comfortable and held my head up comfortably enough for me to sleep. I slept the whole 5 hours to Maui! The storage bag is fine for after travel storage but doesn’t have any suppression to make the pillow smaller so I didn’t take it with me. I just used the snap feature to put it on my backpack. I’d recommend this pillow.

This travel pillow looks like a winner. I haven’t used on a flight yet but I tried it out when it arrived. It feels like it will be very useful. Good structure for support, soft fabric against the skin. It’s a bit bulky but I guess that’s why it’s so comfy for sleeping. I leave for a tip to Ireland tonight!🍀 if it’s anything less than perfect I’ll give an update. Fingers crossed.

Good and comfy but it folds to big.

I borrowed this neck pillow from a friend for a long overnight flight to New Zealand. It was awesome. I have arthritis in my lower back and need good lumbar support. I used it for my back on the long tour bus rides. Made the rides very comfortable for me! It was so great that I ordered my own as soon as I returned home.

Let's face it. Trying to sleep sitting up on an airplane is never easy. However, these make a long, overnight flight easier. The pillow is soft and very comfortable. I was concerned I might be too hot with it around my neck but I was fine. They work really good with a window seat but the higher side of the pillow also works good for an aisle seat. You can tilt your head and not end up on your neighbor's shoulder. As far as travel pillows go, this one works pretty good. I don't think you will ever find a travel pillow that allows you to sleep soundly but this is about as close as I think you can get for at least getting some sleep on a flight.

I finally found a good travel pillow! I used it on a long-haul flight to Australia and managed to get six wonderful hours of deep sleep.I have a short neck and this wrap around pillow is narrower than other popular brands. I could easily breathe even when wrapped up in it. It’s soft and wasn’t too hot to use.The pillow in the bag is fairly good sized. I opted to unroll it and snake it along the inside edges of my backpack. It traveled well.I’ve tried lots of different styles of travel pillows. This one is the best.
