Keeps a charge a long time!
This little scooter is just what I needed to get around the ballpark to watch my grandson play ball.It really moves smoothly. And it goes fast when needed. (We got caught in a downpour)We use a ramp to get it totally assembled into our van. The battery for us was a little difficult to remove once and we remembered we had the nice folding ramp. Problem solved. It’s pretty easy in/out if you’re parked next to a curb… fully assembled. The weight is just over 100 pounds.Be prepared the backup sound is very loud.I just love it.

Out the box not working
We have assembled the item correctly for my disabled father to get around because he has loaded the use of his right leg. We were beyond excited to see the device was delivered 2 days before its due date. However we were heavily disappointed that upon assembly the scooter was inoperable. No power is getting to the unit with fully charged batteries. We would like to exchange the same model for one that works.

Great machine!
Used this at a Renaissance Faire with dirt paths and hills. Worked like a charm, had plenty of power to go everywhere I wanted! Highly recommend. I'm 5' tall and 250#

Used it 3 times now it won't move
Motor is weak went down a dirt road to go fishing and motor quit working had to push it 1/4 mile up hill. Now it seems like the motor is locked up won't go into neutral and won't move when power is engaged.

Decent value for the money
I have had my scooter since September 2023. It was OK to put it together by myself, but it would have been much easier with someone to help. It speeds along at a decent clip at about half power, and it is pretty zippy when set to the fastest setting. The speed settings are a turtle and a hare, by the way. The lights and the turn signals are helpful, but I found the mirrors annoying and distracting, so I removed mine. The seat is comfortable, and the arms have a wide amount of adjustments that can be made to make the armrest comfortable as well. My only two complaints with this scooter are that the horn and, therefore, the beep when backing up is extremely loud, and I wish there was a way to turn it off other than going in and disconnecting it completely. The other complaint is that the turning radius is crap. I can take my scooter to Walmart and make turns from one aisle to another, but I cannot in other stores like Hobby Lobby, or any clothing stores. I could also not make a turn from an elevator I had to take to the exit door to go to one of my college classes without having to make a three or four-point turn. Overall, it's a good scooter and has been a lifesaver for me.

Easy to assemble, did not find instructions on how to attach the mirrors.
Nice riding. Do not turn at full speed as the front suspension is not designed as heavy duty as a car. Back up buzzer is annoying. Before inserting key make sure the drive lever is engaged first otherwise it will just beep at you and not move forward or back.

Prefect for me. I'm 5"2 . I have plenty of room. Not really for a tall person.
It's pretty fast and I'm a little on the heavy side. The battery lasts a long time. I was going on high for hours going around my neighborhood. The basket is a nice little feature. The seat swivels. It's light enough but still need two people to lift. I recommend this, it's perfect for a woman but can hold a lot of weight. It was delivered earlier than I expected. Overall I'm very happy with it.
