We had a tiny issue with the pool and the seller responded so quickly and kindly and helped us solve the problem. The pool is awesome and definitely worth the money. The pump is a little wimpy but we plan to upgrade it someday. I have a 7 year old and 3 year old twins and it is a perfect size for all 3 of them plus some. They will have the best summer with this in the backyard.

This is a cheap pool that held up all summer and appears ready for another summer. It is cheap and I do not expect it to last forever. The pump is underpowered making it difficult to keep the water clean. Again, at the price I paid, I have no complaints.

So I got this for my kiddos this year, never did a pool this big, and I have 6 children, so I want sure how well it would hold up lol. But it's been a great pool! Definitely a learning process on how to keep it clean. Like most of the reviews say, the pink that comes with it is worthless. I did find When I accidentally bought the wrng size filters that it actually worked better lol the filter it came with I couldn't even get the pump to work it was like the filter was too dense and no water could get through even before it got dirty. Anyways. I'm halfway through the summer and breaking down and getting a better pump. I'm also getting a vacuum because the filter only gets what's floating in the pool, but all the dirt/sand sucks to the bottom and there's no way to get it out.But this really is a great buy!

The pool looks great and feels durable. We have swam in it for about a few weeks now and is a well-made and durable pool that is perfect for families and small groups. The pool is easy to set up and take down, and it comes with a filter pump to help keep the water clean. However, the included pump is not very powerful, and it only lasted for about a week in our case. We replaced the filter, but that did not make a difference. We would recommend purchasing a more powerful pump separately, or even upgrading to a pool with a built-in pump.Overall, the Bestway 10' Fast Set Pool is a good value for the price, but the included pump is a major disappointment. It’s perfect for a couple of people to float on rafts or the family to splash around in. This is the first time I bought a pool with a frame and while it took a minute to figure it out and set it up alone, it was well worth the time of not blowing up a ring around the pool every week. It was shorter than I realized (I can just step into it) but we do use the ladder from my old pool, for the kids. I also added a bigger pump and a skimmer system (which I attached to the ladder since they don’t make one for this pool.) I have a little concern when people get rambunctious and make big waves but maybe that’s because I’m not used to this style so I don’t know what it can hold up to. When it’s time to get another pool, I will definitely go with this frame style again and probably go bigger. All in all, it was a good purchase and has been worth having in this heat.

It was ok to set up. Definitely takes two people and you should monitor it the entire time you fill it. Everything went well until it was 3/4 full then it split at the seam. That’s a lot of water to waste! Not to mention our disappointment. A lot of time, water and money down the drain.

the price is fair, especially this year with the corona crap going on.set it up correctly, do your best to keep it balanced and teach them kids some rules.if kept up correctly, it should at least last a couple of summers. (mine generally do) Florida heat...please, for real... get you at least a 2000gph filter pump. The one you get literally looks like it's meant for a doggy pool or something.
