I have been taking Dr. Mercola Vitamins D3 and K2 for over a year now and continue to be very pleased with their quality. They are low dose, 1,000 IU Vitamin D3 and 45 mcg Vitamin K2, at a time when most formulations of Vitamin D3 have gone through the roof to 4,000 and 5,000 IUs. The RDA of Vitamin D3 for an older woman is 800 IUs and I figure the extra 200 IUs is fine for a Mainer. It's also difficult to find the D and K combo, especially in a low dosage.They are Non-GMO and packaged in dark amber glass, both of which I appreciate, especially given their low price point.They have never caused me any adverse effects. The small white capsules are easy to swallow. They do occasionally get caught in my throat - I'm guessing it's because of what the capsules are made of - but a quick swallow of water remedies that.
