Great product
This is an amazing rack for the price. Very durable and built great. Very easy setup and I put this together by myself. It took maybe an hour tops.

Customer Service
Update: Customer service came through and new pulleys are on the way! I will give them credit, they did own up to the delayed response on this matter but are making things right. Will definitely be a repeat customer.The cage itself is very nice and sturdy for its price point. The pulley system feels decently smooth. However, as you can see in the photos, the pulley wheels all came chewed up. It's now been over 10 days with no response and/or solution to replace them from RitFit. Now I have to spend more money so I can use my pulley system. I would give it 5 stars but customer service (especially an item that claims to have a warranty) is a big deal for me.
