Easy to install great quality

I use my air compressor in the garage for weekend projects pumping up tires, etc. I stole this motor on 60 gallon husky compressor. It lasted less than two hours repaint a small car. It locked up and blew a breaker.

good motor, easy installation, fast shipping

The motor works well smooth and quiet. But I find it hard to believe it is 7.5 H.P.. It is still running on my old 5hp motor start at 28 amps. Maybe it is, either way for my application it worked out okay.

This item works better than expected. The mounting was different because it is a bigger motor than I had but after modifications to the mounting holes and getting a pulley because the shaft was bigger it works great. I expected the modifications because it is a bigger motor. Great product at a good price. I will buy again

This was a direct replacement for a Husky 60gallon compressor that uses an SPL 56 Frame "bolt pattern and shaft height". The compressor is in it's own ventilated closet attached to the shop and is always on, but runs maybe 2-3 times a day depending on use and shop line pressure drop or for the auto drain venting it.Issue is that a couple times a week the compressor will kick the breaker. This runs on a dedicated 20amp breaker. Most likely cause is subpar start and run capacitors installed. It doesn't kick the breaker every time it starts/runs, but offer enough to be annoying that I go to use air and the tank is empty which is when I find it kicked the breaker.

Easy to mount on large shop air compressor, wiring instructions were spot on.

For the money you can't beat it. Runs my compressor well and is quite when running.
