Great product, good installation instructions and great value for the price.
Purchased this for my shop building and it has been working great. Very quiet operating system and is cooling my building well. If you have any experience with this type of system you can install this without any issues.

Amazing Product
This product is amazing. It’s super quiet cool about 1000 ft.² very impressive easy to install. It took me about an hour to install it from start to finish. I would suggest probably to.

Generally good, one important thing to note
I've installed 2 of these now in our house to perform more localized cooling at night where we only use 2 rooms instead of cooling the entire house in the Florida heat. I'm pleased with the performance, noise & efficiency of the units, they install pretty easily and look decent enough (although the head units inside the house seem larger than some competitor units). However, I'm taking 1 star away for the cardboard templates they use, as they don't match the mounting bracket with any accuracy whatsoever. The first unit was off by about 1/4 inch, the second by even a touch more at about 5/16th. That doesn't seem like much, but when you go to screw in your wall anchors, they simply won't work being off that much.I taped the template to the wall, then held the bracket over the template to mark the appropriate drill marks.DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TEMPLATE WITH THE BRACKET BEFORE DRILLING!!!Other than that, I was pleased enough with the first to buy the 2nd.

After extensive research, I decided to try this unit
I installed it about three weeks ago and it’s doing very good, decided to switch brands because of minor issues with our Pioneer units. No issues with the installation and it puts out cold air, we are happy with it and hoping that it will last.

Poor customer support
Worked great for 9 month, then a f7 code appeared. I contacted customer support for warranty and it turns out that they themselves don't know what the code means. After nearly two weeks of back and forth in which they tried to blame the problem on my end they told me that it was control module on the main unit I was informed that it would be shipped as soon as the factory would make one available which I was told it would take a month - month and a half. Keep in mind that they will not send anyone to check or service the unit. The part if I get it, has to be replaced by me at my expense.

Seems to be good quality
Unit seems to be good quality. Runs very quiet, the outdoor condenser I can’t hear at all unless I’m right on top of it. The indoor evaporator is practically silent on all but the highest fan settings and even on the highest setting it’s still pretty quiet. Install is about as easy as any mini split, I had all the necessary tools already so it was a breeze. You do need some HVAC tools and some electrical/HVAC knowledge would be helpful but if you’ve never done an install before you should be able to get through it with the instructions and some U TOOB videos. Took a few tries to get the app connected but once I did it seems solid and has some nice features. One thing I don’t like is the app and remote don’t sync with each other. For example if you turn the unit on with the remote and then later shut it down with the app the remote will still show the last setting even though the unit is off and vice versa. Other than that I have found no other cons after about a month of use.

For the price it’s pretty good(read below for why)
I have never seen one of these get shipped somewhere without getting half destroyed, mine was no exception. This was my first experience of installing one of these units. When you order it you will need several tools and accessories that are not included and they do add up. You will need a vacuum pump and a gauge set to evacuate the line set before releasing the gas. You will also need a way to mount the outside unit to the wall or on the ground. The last thing is you will need a 20 amp 240v circuit free for this unit and an outside disconnect near the outside unit as per code. This all added up to around $300-400 depending on the quality you select of course. Also this is considering you doing the whole job and not hiring someone to do any part of it. You will need a 2 7/8 “ hole saw for the rubbing to go through the wall as well as an extra long 1/4” drill bit to make a pilot hole. Getting to the actual review of the unit and such it’s not too bad I have had it up for about a week now and I like it but I haven’t been able to get it to connect to my app yet. The inside unit comes with all metric copper lines pre installed that are soldered to imperial fittings and the extension lines are all imperial the tubing and the fittings. The extension tubing is different quality it is much cheaper and does not bend almost at all without kinking look at pictures if you would like to see. I bought a professional grade hvac bender and no matter what I couldn’t get it to bend more than just a few degrees let alone to get it to 90 like I wanted. It cools well and heats well. So if you’re willing to go through a few headaches of the install then it is worth the 1k I would say.

Very efficient and quiet
Not sure if it's actually 22 SEER2 or not, but it's certainly is hyper efficient. Easy and straightforward to install.
