Great destination charger.
Works great for home or travel as a destination charger. Can use it in a standard 110 volt outlet. Is fine for me at home charging overnight. I have some 220 volt, 20 Amp outlets for bigger tools. Works for this charger also. Cuts the time in about half. Reliable, easy to use.

Perfect!
This EV cable is built nicer than the luxury brand that needed to be replaced. Two part bonus is that it charges 30% faster and cost 4 times cheaper. Happy I purchased this for sure.

It works
Less than half price of what manufacturer offers and works just fine on my plug in hybrid. I use it with the level 1 adapter. I have checked the components during use an there are not warm/hot at all. I unplug it from the wall when not in use.

Excellent
Works great if you have 220V available. Charges my Hyundai Tuscon fully in around 3 hours. Comes with a 110v adapter but that takes forever.Only complaint is I wish the cords were a tad longer so I don't have to back the car up to the garage outlet. I had to buy a 220V extension cord.

Defective and Dangerous!!
We purchased the SKYSWORD Level 1-2 EV Charger, 100-240V 16A 25FT Portable EVSE, NEMA 6-20 Plug with NEMA 5-15 Adapter Electric Vehicle Charging Station to charge our new electric Kia Niro in late Dec 2023. After about 2 months there was damage to our 120v garage outlet. We have a new build home, so when warranty came out I showed them the outlet and they replaced it. I thought there must be something wrong with our electricity.A month later, I come back to discover the adaptor and plug on the charger was totally destroyed. The 16A change and the 5-15 adaptor are totally fried. There is something very wrong with this connection and I have tried everything else that is not the charging station specifically. I am sure the results would have been seen a lot sooner had the charger been used more.Pictures of the charger adapter and purchase information is attached. This is Both Defective and Very Dangerous

Almost burned down my house
UPDATE: Seller reached out and apparently, the charger I have was the "old" unrevised model which was later revised and released as the current version. The new version of the charger (the later 2 pictures) is significantly different from the previous version. The charge handle itself feels much more premium compare to previous version, and it's now much easier to plug into my vehicle and pull without getting stuck. That's a huge improvement for us! And for the 240V to 120V adapter which is what caused the burn and overheating issue with my old charger, the new version just used an adapter without any extension cord involved, and I can totally see the reason behind it since the longer the cord is, especially with extension cords, on the adapter which conduct the electricity, it has more chance to generate heat which is what happened to my previous charger. And I've been tested this charger on daily basis to charge my vehicle at least 4-5 hours a day, and for 1 month now, the adapter portion gets a bit warm, but nothing compared to what happened to my previous charger. I think this revised version is much safer to use, and the quality improved quite a bit compared to the previous versionHave this as my spare EV charger for our Prius PHEV, kind of like the idea with it being able to operate with both 240V and 120V. Never actually use it on 240V outlet since I already have my level 2 charger installed with it. Occasionally, I like to drain the battery all the way down and top it off using level 1 charger for optimize battery health. Have use this for a while now and never noticed any issue with it, however, the biggest issue with this budget charger is poor "charge port" design. With my TOYOYA OEM charger, it's easy to hook and unhook the charger from the vehicle, however, with this charger, it's hard to hook the charger up to the vehicle, and especially hard to unhook it from the vehicle, I think this due to the poor charge point design. I can live with it since it's a budget EV charger. However, few weeks ago, I started to smell very strong plastic smell in my garage. At first, I thought it's something from outside. But it started getting worse and worse every time I use this charger. So I decided to investigate into this and find out where's that smell came from. After few mins of searching different plugged in devices, I decided to check the circuit of this charger, and to my surprise, the cord was insanely HOT! And trace it up, the connection between 6-20 to 5-15 connection was the hottest point, and it actually burned my finger! After unplugging it from the outlet and let it cooled down, I unplugged the connection, and discovered from what show in those 2 pictures!!! I don't know what kind of material they used in this charger, but it's definitely something that's not able to let this charger operate normally!!!I even double checked with OEM charger to make sure this is not something with my garage outlet, and during the whole charging process, the entire circuit of the OEM charger nevers gets hot! If you're looking for level 1 charger, this is definitely not the one you should consider because it nearly started a fire in my garage if I didn't look into this in time!!!

Faster charger than OEM and a loooonger cable!
Purchased the MEGEAR Skysword Ⅱ Level 1-2 EV Charger in 2022. It was convenient to purchase it from Amazon and received it quickly. Used it for more than 2 years to charge a Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) 2018 then 2023 models. For more than 2 years, I charged my vehicle with it on a daily basis and the OEM charger has been relegated to be the backup charger for travel. The MEGEAR Skysword Ⅱ charges faster than the OEM charger on a level 1 (120V, 20 Amp) outlet. Also the cable (25 feet) is longer than the OEM cable that came with both vehicles. The extra length allows me to go around the car with no problem. This is important because extension cords are not safe to use with car chargers. The MEGEAR customer service is responsive (by email) when I had questions. I highly recommend this product and would purchase another one if needed.

Works well on Mercedes EQS
Use it as an emergency charger for my Mercedes EQS sedan. It works very well (lv 1, 115v outlet). Your MB app will not detect charging, but the dashboard shows the car is being charged at 1.7kw. It will give you a few miles per hour. The cable is solid and weather proof, and it took 5 seconds to connect the car to the outlet.
