See picture.Two of the reviews said broke, here’s my installation notes - what differentiated me as happy customer.Please look at the picture before attaching the jack onto the trailer:It has a ring around that matches the gap on the bracket.I did adjust to make sure the ring sits snuggly in it tight.Actually the cylinder is tight enough without the ring in the gap.Both of the failure pictures showed the cylinder were tilted - if they were installed correctly, there’s no room for it to wiggle!Last picture shows how snuggle it is.I’m putting it on the old jack’s bracket - tight snuggle.If you drill holes for the screws provided, make sure don’t drill too big a hole.Keep it tight/precise. Space/free play does break fast in heavy loads!

The media could not be loaded. (Jul24) I've had this for seven months and just started to install it. So I just realized that the installation bracket for the wheel has to be drilled. I will continue to update. To I took a little more time to see if I could install this and NO it will not work. I have a tool box mounted on the tongue which prevents the handle that raises and lowers the wheel from turning. The box holds the battery and other odds and ends. I cannot return it since it was purchased in Dec23 and the cheap box it came in was torn up. Had I realized how this mounted I would never have purchased it. Save your money this thing is JUNK!UPDATE:I removed the past pictures. Uninstalled my tool box to make this drive fit. NO CHANGE! This is a POS purchase. Watch the video

Well, not it's intended purpose but we have a 12' ramp with a 3' rise to the door that we use to bring cordwood into the house. This worked GREAT mounted on the front of our wood cart with an on / off / on switch and a 12v lithium battery. See picture. The wood cart climbs right up the ramp with a minimal amount of effort on my part.

Looking around at these valet devices for trailers I was hoping this would have worked as the price is reasonable compared to all the rest that are just obnoxiously overpriced for what they really are. I do believe the hitch connection concept prob makes for a more sturdy connection but even if not with w hitch connection like many of the other more expensive devices use. At the mininum provided the connection piece with 4 screws instead of just two.. you lose so much torque and becomes very wobbly. Aside from that the motor seemed to be weak but that could be a fault of the wobbly connection. Add a plate with 4 screws and it may improve significantly. Only other thing to take into consideration this replaces The standard wheel crank however it is a much more permanent wheel that doesn’t fold up easily like the standard wheel all does on a trailer.

Needed to move around my 4300 lb rv trailer and does the job just great, although slowly. The attachment shaft is a little flimsy and bent slightly when I tried to raise it too high and use the motor. But lowered it and straitened and works fine then.

Has plenty of power to push a 700 lb tow dolly up an inclined driveway. Mounting connection could be sturdier.

This lacks quality. The motor is strong enough only if you are on a concrete or asphalt level surface. The attachment set up is only for a slim aluminum type trailer. The addition battery needed was another cost, then that takes a specific charge, another cost.

Great product to move boat around my garage for winter storage. Moves 18’ft jet boat with ease and power, for winter storage I pulled the boat battery and just bungee to front of trailer where rails connect to power thr unit.
