So many pockets to store stuff in for when traveling. Handle and straps make it easy to carry. AbleTo carry extra shoes is great. The built in cable to able to hook up a battery pack is nice. It’s comfortable to wear.

So I was excited to get this backpack for many reasons and it has a lot of good qualities but the built-in usba and usb-c charger was one of the reasons I bought it. I was excited to leave the battery pack in the backpack and be able to plug my phone in to the port on the outside when I was at the airport or wherever. So I bought it about 7 months ago but I never got to use it and when I was packing to go on a long overseas trip I went ahead and tested it only to find out it didn't work.I messaged the company and they were very responsive and very reasonable and much to my surprise the very next day I received a replacement backpack. The only problem was I went to test it and again there external Port did not work. I used multiple phones and multiple cables and multiple battery packs and they all presented the same result. It simply did not work. Now the company is gone dark and it's not responding to my messages so if you want the backpack solely for the backpack itself it's not a bad deal but don't count on the external battery charging ports to work at all.

Nice heavy back pack. Brother in law takes on cruises. He really likes it.
