Great reel!
This reel is pretty great!, the reel looks like the diawa Lexa i think that's what they call it. It is kinda a big reel but I do have small hands, the ease of use is not that hard to learn if you already know your way around the baitcaster. Im using this reel for bait fishing for bass, sharks, rays and anything that bites. Sorry the pic might not put much justice but I paired the reel with a kastking 9' foot rod and what a great combo it's still a light to hold in hand if you fish from the jetteies. Durability looks feels great and the drag with that stopping power is good to have for bigger fish. And yes I would recommend this reel to other people im trying to convince my buddy on getting one, he's not much into baitcasters because he's not used to it but I let him try mines and walked him through it and he liked it a lot.

Light weight and high quality for the price. Great value.
Very nice bait caster. Very light and works very well. I spooled with a couple rows of 50lb mono, then loaded the rest of the reel with 80lb braid. Should be able to handle the big cats I'm going after.

This is my 3rd Piscifin reel
This is my third Piscifin reel, and the second I got my hands on this one I wanted to buy a 4th!! Not that I need it. Set this reel up correctly and you can cast the hell out of it and not worry about creating a bird's nest. Using this one as my heavy weight surf casting and boat casting. I use another Piscifin (Thunder) as my light weight surf casting reel. Quality reels at a great price, smooth, incredible drag, 34 pounds are you kidding me!! And they look fantastic and cast even better

high price but is it high end
I find this reel nice overall, but the drag comes on very suddenly within 4 clicks. When loose, the first two turns basically doesn't change anything. I would be nice if they were able to give us a more gradual progression of drag. As the star wheel has comfortable shape to push, you do feel the drag tightening up through the star, which is a good thing. But if you like to use light tackle, your line might break because the drag is very strong and sudden. It holds a lot of braided line and has clicker. Although I have casted it, I can also use it for trolling because of the clicker. The price is getting up there and it is debatable to go Shimano or not. Shimano only use 4 bearings, the secrets of bearings is Shimano have precise manufacturing, which makes all parts fit together and spin without friction.. they are nice and very salt water resistant, but I don't know about Piscifun long term.Update: I've been using this for trolling, landed over 10 fish now and it is holding up well. This reel does not unwind left and right like a trolling reel, but the line goes out well it does not matter. With the clicker makes it more useful for trolling. The drag is pretty easy to use. I dropped it in lake water once, so far still works like new.

Quality reel with all the bells and whistles at an attractive price point
I had my doubts about ordering this reel because it was priced below what I usually spend and I’m so very happy with the other high end reel. I took a shot and I’m glad I did. With 60 years of saltwater fishing experience I knew immediately after opening the box and the great packaging this was a quality reel. Instinctively I knew I had made the right choice. I saved some money and got an attractive functional piece of equipment to add to my other 5 rod and reel combos. It will get the real test this spring and summer pulling in sea bass striped bass and fluke.

This reel defines the word quality
I purchased the alijos 400 reel for catfishing. I am completely satisfied with this reel. A very good purchase. I will be purchasing a couple more soon to replace 2 more of my conventional round reels. I have it spooled with reaction tackle 20# braid, and mounted on an older model 7’ medium power ugly stik tiger rod for fishing blue cats. I have not challenged the capabilities of the new reel yet with anything overly impressive, but at my favorite fishing spot on lake texoma, I have caught a 46# blue cat and a 39# blue cat in the past. So I hope to put the new alijoz 400 reel through some big challenges soon. I will post periodic updates.

Great heavy dusty baitcaster!
I had the Allijos 300, but it had been stolen from me. So I replaced it with the Allijos 400.This real is super solid! It's a larger, heavier reel, which you should already know before you buy it. But out of the box it's super smooth, on par with Shimano easily. I love the added bait clicker, and the brake dial is a nice touch. I love the deep spool. My only complaint is, unlike the 300, is that there is no option for a double handle, it only has the option of a power handle.I'll have to research and look, but I'm sure I can find a double handle for it. Until then I'll give the power handle a shot.I'm pairing it up with a 7'10" Xtra heavy, mod fast 6th Sense Broomstick rod to throw large swimbaits, frogs and for inshore/surf fishing.

The realistic asking price should be about half the asking price
After I research, it's not what it advertises. It's okay, but its not as good as okuma typical chinese product at the most, it should be only be about 75 to $79 at the most for what it is, but we'll try it out this spring in salt water.and see how it holds up
