Bully sticks have gotten so skinny in the last couple of years. I quit buying them because of the expense. These are like I used to get when my dog was a puppy 4 years ago. We have 2 Cavaliers and they are chewing chewing chewing on these. THEY LAST! Thanks Red Barn. No bad smell either.

We started to buy this brand of bully sticks for our teething puppy. He is now 7 months old and still loves them. He goes through them faster now that he has his adult teeth. They last him about 25 minutes, but it is a great distraction. The consistency of the sizes in the packages ranges from (in diameter) .5cm to 5cm. They don't smell great, but I will always have a bag at home.

***Edit for second order**** My second pack wasnt nearly as fat as my first order, it was then I realized...this is a natural product, of course there will not be consistent sizes. Bull peen, like human peen, comes in various thickness and length, so OF COURSE my pack of bully sticks will vary! DUH! Once I accepted that I was okay with the various sizes. As long as they aint toxic treats from you-know-who foreign country then I am happy as long as my dogs are happy. And my dogs are happy wtih bully sticks!!!**** End of Edit for second order. bully sticks are beef peen. its a natural product. i dont know why people want them non stinky, its part of why your dogs love it. its a natural scent. these were not overpowering stinky...which i wouldnt have minded if they were, there was a mild smell....and there should be! most important to me is long lasting. these were GREAT. the previous brand i was buying and paying top dollar for were gone in like 10 minutes. this lasted my dog 30-40 minutes. thickness was perfect, no they werent uniform, but they were mostly fatties. the thinner ones a gave to my dog who isnt a big chewer. shed do half then the other would grab it and finish it off. def will be a repeat customer. these are worth the money

EDIT: company sent out a new bag for my old man. Much better quality, as they usually are. Very pleased and will buy again!Hi! So let me start by saying I purchased the 5-7 inch variety pack for my diabetic old man. He's a big boy, lab mix. I understand we're going to get some on the lower end of the range, but these are so small and so skinny we can't properly secure them in our safety grip we bought for him. We have to try to use multiple sticks. Without the holder, they're so thin and small he could hardly enjoy them either way. We love buying this brand because they're natural, and great treats for pups who love to chew but might need simple, natural, healthy ingredients.I'm overall just disappointed that the past few packs we've ordered have decreased drastically in quality and variety.The smaller bully sticks photographed are being compared to better sticks from the same bag, and a small portion of a stick we got previously from the same brand and bag (we usually take away the last inch or two if we don't think he would be smart about safely eating it lol)Pencil and tape measure for scale.

We got a new black lab puppy and these are a lifesaver to keep her from chewing everything else. She really seems to enjoy them as well as my older black labs. They try to steal them from her constantly. I’m also pretty impressed with the quality and quantity for the price. I will be purchasing more.

I am always worried when buying bully sticks that they'll be a disappointment. Either they're poor quality, they're too thin, they stink, etc.. I was pleasantly surprised by these sticks. I've read a few other reviews that say these smell bad but that was not my experience. I was prepared to deal with the smell knowing how much Koshi loves bully sticks, but these didn't smell at all and I brought a soggy one that he'd gnawed on close-ish to my nose and didn't smell anything. There was no mess either, aside from a lot of slobber. They were thick enough to keep him occupied for a good 10 minutes, but I did have to take them away b/c he had chewed on both sides and I could tell he was going to try to swallow it. They only had the medium sized sticks available when I ordered, so I knew I'd have to watch him when he had these since they'd be too small (again he's almost 100 lbs) ... As far as value, as pricey as bully sticks usually are, it was worth it to buy these Redbarn sticks b/c Koshi loved them and I didn't hate them!
