I have to say, in terms of useful, well constructed, practical and worth every penny....this spray mop goes into the top 3 purchases I have made on Amazon! I was always reluctant to buy one of these, thinking how clean could it really get the floor?Well let me tell ya, seeing the projected spray hit the floor and a couple easy swishes later, there's no more gross dirt from pets and people or dropped food on the floor....this just couldn't be easier! There's not a ton of water left on the floor and it dries so quickly!I love that you can mix up your own soap concoction to fill the easy removal spray bottle. And the best part yet, after you've mopped up everything, you don't have to throw away anything because the pad attached at the bottom just pulls off and goes into the washing machine.It comes with three pads and they really stick tight on the bottom of the mop. It's light weight, pushes easily and efficiently does the job. What used to take me 45 minutes to mop gets done in probably less than 10 minutes! I don't dread cleaning the floors now.If you're elderly and looking for a nice easy mop this is the one! My 89 year old Mom got excited and took it for a cleaning spin in her room and hallway. Couldn't ask for easier. Might buy a second one!If I had one small critique it would be that the water reservoir would be a little bigger so you would get more sprays per fill but it's so easy to use, it's not much bother.

Dry mop is excellent, light weight and maneuverable. The spray does not work so I will either dampened the mop or use a separate spray bottle.

I like this better than any other floor cleaning product. Much more economical and clean better than shifters.

As others have said the spray bottle repeatedly pops out and has to be pushed back down. That's the least of my problems though.Once I got this mop - and despite the bottle popping out of place so often - I contacted the seller and asked for leads to buy replacement pads for the green mop. That happened in June. Since then (and this is October) I've gotten nothing but a run-around and excuses for why they aren't available. Ultimately, I accepted their suggestion of getting grey ones. They gave me a SCU number which led to a general page for mop heads, so that didn't help. I asked for a link to the grey pads specifically. The finally gave that to me. I ordered them and they arrived today. They are way too big!!!!!I am so done with this company. The customer service is horrible and I'm not even sure it's a legitimate company. I'm reporting the seller to Amazon and sending the gray pads back.
