I do HVAC work for a living. I have gone through a lot of benders. These take the cake. 1st place. Work phenomenal. Durable and look amazing.

I used this on some 6mm stainless steel tubing and it worked perfectly. Has a nice enamel or powdercoat finish and feels sturdy. This isn't something I will use terribly often so I won't be able to speak to it's durability but I see no reason why it won't last forever given my usage.

Took me a min to get use to it but yeah it worked as it should, good value, good product. Go ahead and add it to your tool box

I picked up this hand tool to shape some soft 3/8" copper tubing I needed to install as HVAC condensate line. It cradled the line in the shaped portion as the 2nd portion pressed the tubing into the bends I required. The tool's construction is sturdy, the metal used is solid, and it allowed me to create some fairly tight bends without any unwanted crimps or kinks in my copper tubing. It was money well spent.

No a booklet, a card, nor a sheet of paper with instructions. Try to connect with the vendor/Amazon, and, a robot always there, and, no way to write my concerns, just a multiple choice questions. Otherwise, everything all right.

It's very easy to use, material looks long lasting... It's a good buy..

The title states 3/8" tubing, but the description also states 10mm. It does 3/8 just fine, but will NOT do 10mm which is what I bought it for. The channel is about 9.4mm which flattens the sides of the tubing. Since finding an affordable bender for 10mm tubing in the US is difficult, I decided to modify it. You could file it out with a rat tail flle, but I chose to use a 25/64" drill bit which is very close. I used the side of the drill bit in a cordless drill, working slowly and carefully, using a small piece of 10mm tubing as a gauge. Works perfectly. Makes smooth bends with no distortion of the tubing. In all other respects, the tubing bender is accurate, strong and easy to use. It's perfectly suited to occasional use. If I was a professional, I'd buy a better one, but that goes for almost any tool.
