Upon opening the box. The waffle bowls are unusable. They are broken in pieces. The outer box did not have any fragile stickers.When I ordered this it showed that it could be returned. Now it shows not eligible for returns and I can't use them for intended purpose.

I WISH I would've read the reviews before buying. Mine also arrived completely smashed and can't get a refund or replacement which is bologna. Completely out $45. 🤬🤬🤬

Almost half of them were broken, would appreciate another box being sent toake up for the broken ones so we have enough for our event.

Bought this and maybe a little more than half are usable total waste of money and now do not have time to get more before event

Product arrived in a timely manner. Upon picking up the box I immediately knew there was an issue. You could hear the broken pieces all through the box. There were crumbs actually stuck to the packing tape! I have no choice but to salvage the very few that were in tact. Unbeknownst to me, there is "no refund" "no replacement" on this product! Never again!

How unsanitary number 1, at least the cones could have been in plastic not just thrown in the box, I can’t imagine what crawled in the box. Number 2 out of 60 waffle bowls only about 4 are not broken into pieces. It is non refundable, don’t waste your time!!!’

The media could not be loaded. The bowls were broken & not wrapped which I'm sure is the reason they are stale. Size was perfect, looked appealing & would have tasted great if they had not been stale. A great price for the amount.
