I was a bit hesitant to purchase this based on some of the reviews. However, I decided to take a chance based on one reviewer about the firmness of the set. I absolutely love how firm it is and am glad I made this purchase. It was very easy to put together and the cushions and pillows are holding up unlike the set I got from Sam's Club that had to be returned. That is a story for another day.My only complaint is the overall height could be a bit taller. The arm of the couch digs into my side but I purchased pillows to solve that issue. I have fallen asleep on this set numerous times and no aches and pains.The seat cushions hold my weight fine and do not compress flat. The back cushions are very comfortable and same thing hold their shape very well. I do believe that this set will last me a long time. I have a dog and she loves laying on the ottoman and l-shape section. I do cover the end with blankets to protect from dog hair.The pull down middle section for drinks tilts a bit too much but I don't use it for drinks anyway. I use it for my cell phone sometimes. I will try and update about the drink holder at our next family gathering. My sister-in-laws will be the ones to use the cup holders.The ottoman has sufficient storage as I only keep extra lightweight blankets in it for when I need to change it out on the couch or for guests who may get cold.I like that there is a little over 3 inches of clearance from the floor to the bottom of the couch. The quality of the material is actually nicer than I thought based on some of the reviews. It is not scratchy and is actually softer than I was expecting. If you like a firmer couch that will hold your weight (I am only 135) then this is the couch for you.My husband who likes soft squishy thought it was fine too. He likes his soft squishy recliner better. He also prefers a soft mattress whereas I am firm so this couch set was just right for me.My sister-in-laws are going to like that their feet will touch the ground being that they are barely 5 feet tall. My old couch their feet dangled and they were uncomfortable.I recommend purchasing this if you are in need of a new set and for the price it is a great quality and value. If you like a softer cushy couch then you will not like it much. That being said I would purchase again.

Very small almost child size, extremely hard making it very uncomfortable to sit on. very disappointed !!!!!!

EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! Delivered easily. Firm and will uphold the kids. Easy clean. Could be more comfortable but would probably break down faster then. It suits us perfectly for now.

Couch is a bit small but ok I guess.
