Great company to buy from! We received the bed but it was missing a piece. We contacted the seller and within a week (maybe less) they shipped a replacement part. I wasn’t expecting it to be so easy to get a response and the replacement part because it had been over 30 days since I purchased. Happy to have purchased from them.The instructions are a little difficult but we got it done. My daughter loves it. Gives more floor space in her room.

First, this bed set arrived MUCH earlier than advertised-BIG plus. It is also very sturdy metal not weak at all. The negatives are that assembly is a nightmare cause instructions could be clearer, and tolerances a small, so no room for error, and there was an error. Part 10 came bent which threw off putting the rest together, though I was able to muscle it together. Not fun.

The value, quality and ease of this bed were exactly what I was looking for! My child loves the extra space. It was easy to put together with the help of my child. The steps with shelving storage are such a good benefit.

Part number 6 kept coming apart luckily my fiancé was able to weld it. Not sturdy at all move with little movement. My son loves it though the desk with led lights is his favorite part serves its purpose for the price. Hassle to assemble.

great setup for a kid makes the most of the apace in a small room, if you dont have decent assembly skills its gonna take you a loong time to assemble took us about 3 hours. great setup

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for my 13 year old who has a small room and we are happy so far. It took my husband and father in law about 5 hours to put together. The desk has lots room and space.

Dented parts. Missing screws. SMH this is a disaster.

Don't let assembly time deter you—this bed is a gem! It's shockingly sturdy once built, and the space-saving design is genius for small rooms. My 12-year-old adores the modern look and extra storage. Though trimming the LED strip and adding a battery took minutes, the bed itself is flawless. A two-person job, but the payoff is a long-lasting, versatile piece that's both functional and chic!
