🕰️ Time to Make a Statement!
The Howard Miller Stockton Wall Clock 625-472 is an oversized, modern wall clock crafted from durable wrought iron with a brushed aged nickel finish. Featuring quartz movement for quiet operation, it boasts a 49-inch diameter and classic Roman numerals, making it a stylish and functional centerpiece for any room.

The beautiful scale and solid material of this clock makes up for what it lacks in the sophistication or heft in its mechanism. Although it has been functioning without any problems, the "cheap alarm clock" mechanism that runs the whole show seems quite precarious to me. I suppose (and I know you were all holding your breath for the pun) only time will tell. Also, I do not mind the "inaccuracy" of the roman numeral four. I would like to think the product designer intentionally took license in using "IIII" instead of "IV" for symmetry purposes. It would be too hilarious otherwise.

Quality clock with a great look.
I love this clock, it's beautiful. My only issue is the notch on back for hanging. I wish it had come with the appropriate device to hang it on the wall. I am still looking for a decorative wall anchor as it will show from the top back as it hangs.

Worthy statement piece
This clock makes a statement in our blank hallway! The size of the piece is impressive and allows you to see the time from afar. It was a bit tricky getting the 2 halves to line up, however not impossible. Suggestion: work on it on carpeting or a rug. Be careful not to touch the motion pieces and keep the packaging on the hands till after screwing the halves together. If your connections are in, but not tight, a light drop or nudge did the trick for us. So far, the minute hand is operating very smoothly and on time. It's a must for the decorator looking for a significant and functional piece to fill up a focal point or vast area!

Not the best quality for cost
The clock looks great in the picture, but leaves a lot to be desired in person. It comes in 2 halves which you have to assemble and then it is all held together with screws. For starters the halves would not go together flush so there are small gaps between each half plus I had to us a tap to clean the threads before I could get the screws started. I figure for $300 the quality department would pay a little better attention to these details. Will not be buying a Howard Miller item again.

Great Substantial Addition to a Room
I was looking for something large and structural (not a canvas or painting) and hopefully metal. This seemed to fit the bill perfectly, and I could not be happier with it.Another set of hands during the small bit of assembly would be helpful, but I was able to do it by myself. It was easy to keep the hands of the clock protected until it was ready to be hung on the wall. I used a heavy-duty wall anchor and screw, attached only to sheetrock (not a stud) to get it centered where I wanted it, and it works great. You cannot see the screw. The clock is a substantial piece that is truly distinctive. It's the first thing every single person comments on, I couldn't be happier with it.

It's beautiful, but the hands hit each other and the numbers. So in one hour had to "rescue" it about 10 times. Ended up taking the battery out. Not useful as a time piece.

Has worked for months now without loosing a single minute of time.
Large but easy to assemble. I did have to bend the metal arms a bit to eliminate the minute arm from catching as it rotated, but it was simple and has worked for months now without loosing a single minute of time.

Great Appearance
The style, look and finish is amazing. Exactly the look and was going for large, well made. Stands on its own and draws attention of the room
