Perfect fit on 06 aveo the bolts strip below recomended torque is the only downfall. So hand tighten firm and let thr gaskets do the rest

This converter set P0420 three times within 2 days 2 times more than my old converter and yes thread nut or bolt are weak one started to slip definitely need better grade of Bolt & Nut converter is definitely lacking on precious internal metals to fail quickly definitely get what you pay for $99 compared to OEM over 1000

Went on easy perfect match up. welds seem solid higher flow rating than OEM but we will see how it holds up in the coming months

I am a mechanic so review has merit. I have an 08 Aveo5 Special Value standard (stick) transmission with the 1.6L. Bolts right up on both ends (exhaust manifold and resonator on other end.) Came early. Packaged nice with nuts and both metal ring gaskets. Nice welds all around. The only downside I had was bolts and nuts should be a higher grade. I could feel one start to strip as I tightened it. I only had a short 1/4" drive (not pneumatic) on it. Still worth 5 stars.
