I wanted Jamon for my Christmas Eve dinner party and I was afraid that it wouldn't come on time. But miracle happened and it was delivered on Christmas Eve.Jamon itself was packaged very secure and had few layers of protection including vacuum sealed pouch. I opened it and put it on the stand that it came with, also there was a carving knife and a cover. It looked beautiful.I watched some videos about carving Jamon and it was like performing artistry , knife was very sharp it all went very smoothly.Jamon tasted delicately decadent, exquisite.I love it.

For me the worst experience, the excessive price and the ham, a piece of hardwood, is useless.
