I absolutely love this set! It’s soft and lightweight which is perfect for Arizona when paired with a lightweight insert. I bought this for my teenage sons bedroom re-model and it is perfect. As far as sizing, I made a mistake and bought a full-size instead of a queen ( again MY mistake), but it still works out and if I had bought the queen it would have fit perfect! It will still work out great because I bought some awesome sheets that I don’t mind showing through a little bit and I will also have the boxspring covered as well so you don’t see it. So the size appears to be true to what standard American sizes are for beds. Now, for the color issue that people seem to be having with the gray buffalo check... It is gray, and gray wall either pull from the red and purple family or from the blue and green family, that’s just how gray works. However your lighting is also going to play a factor in how this gray looks in your room, as well as the other colors that are in the room, especially the color on your walls. This comforter will have a mauvie or purple tone to it under warmer light. It will be a true gray in natural light, i.e. windows are open in the sun is shining in. I am attaching a picture of the whole bed set on my sons bed as well as close-ups and you can see it up against the gray sheets that I bought to accompany it, it is a true gray and an appropriate white for the pattern. when you put this bed set up against a khaki or brown colored sheet or wall it is going to pull the red tones from those walls or sheets and produce the purple color that a lot of people are seeing. I’m not sure of a way to resolve this issue outside of putting very natural lightbulbs in your light fixtures and painting your walls a gray color or a white color or even black. In my sons room the top of his walls are gray and the bottom is a dark brown almost black wainscoting so it works well with what I have going on. But I love the set so much I wanted to set the record straight because I think that grays can be a very difficult color in a bedroom when there are other colors going on, but this bedding is absolutely true to color, at least the gray buffalo check is. There were also some other complaints of the pillowcases being too small, I did not have that issue, I can see if you have a really fluffy fat pillow it might be a tight squeeze but as far as the dimensions as you can see my queen pillows fit just fine in the pillowcases. They are really full pillows which I like, but I’ve had Asian made bedding where the pillowcases are absolutely too small for a standard pillowcase and it’s frustrating- This is not the case with this bedding set. The ties are super convenient to put a down or alternative comforter inside of it, and as a sidenote for anyone who hasn’t used duvets with down comforters, I would highly suggest you get on YouTube and search videos on how to insert a down comforter into a duvet because there is absolutely is an easier way to do it that isn’t as time-consuming as stuffing a duvet with a comforter and then shaking it out trying to get it to fill in the corners, but it’s nothing I can explain here. I’m usually not a leave a review type of person, I make my purchase and move on with my life ... but I love this set so much and I wanted to clear the air on some of the negative reviews, I’m not sure what went wrong with the bedding set that other people have purchased or what the certain circumstance is for their complaints and I’m definitely not discounting that, but in my case for the set I received after purchase those things just aren’t an issue for me. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody, it is an amazing value for the money And I will more than likely be buying more of these for my home.

This is a great product we have had it for a few months now and have washed it 4 or 5 times and it's held up great. it is a heavier cotton material which has been nice for the winter time, may be to heavy for the summer though. Colors are great and haven't faded or anything, looks exactly like it's pictured. The only complaint I have is that the pillowcases are pretty small we just have standard size pillows and we have to cram them in there, but the duvet cover size is perfect.

I ordered this to give it a shot. Wanted 100% cotton. I don’t like the button closures on every duvet cover I have ordered. A pain to button and unbutton and always seems like one comes undone during use. The zipper is great and don’t feel it during use like I have with the button ones. A great value. The fabric is thick and sturdy and has a little texture to it. I washed it and dried it as directed on label and came out a little wrinkly. I used a warm iron on low setting and came out great even though label says don’t iron. I would recommend you trying it. Seems like it’s gonna hold up unlike the IKEA ones we had before

I realllllllllllly wanted to love this duvet. Price is great, colors are perfect! I bought 2 sets of full size for my sons new bunk bed that I just finished building. I bought them for Christmas and if I would’ve had more time, I would’ve returned them... but I didn’t have time to do that. First, and the most annoying part, the pillow cases are sooo small!! They do not fit a standard pillow, they are about 6” too short so they are completely useless. Second, both duvets have these weird runs in them in the white and black boxes. They came out of the package that way. Color, fabric are great. The fine details, not so much. Kinda bummed.Edited: it’s been 7 months, and although the pillow cases are too small — its held up pretty good and handles the wash well.

We wanted a cozy duvet cover set for a guest room and these is perfect. The fabric is thicker and soft and feels good quality. We love the pattern. The inside corner ties are made from pieces of white ribbon and they were easy to use 👍🏼

Love the zipper at the end and the ties inside. Also like the thin material as we didn't want something super heavy - the comforter is heavy enough. Unfortunately, our visiting grand-dog ripped a small hole in the cover, but we just flipped it over, so we are the only ones who know there's any damage. We ordered the gray print and it is, as some reviewers mentioned, more of a taupe-gray, not a blue-gray. But grays are hard to get exact - so many different tones! The white is an off-white, but it's not noticeably cream colored unless you have something white (pillowcases?) on your bed as well. As for the size, the CA king size is very large. We had one CA king comforter that fit just right, but we returned the comforter because it was too heavy. We now have a regular king comforter inside this cover and there is a little bit of "empty" space at the edges, but it's not very noticeable. Not the fault of the cover - just check your comforter dimensions, which vary widely. We've only washed this once, but it held up fine. We dried it for 20 minutes, like we do all our clothing and blankets, then hung it to dry for the remaining time. I'm happy with this purchase, and would buy this again.

Bought a queen size cover for my comforter. It looks nice, soft and comfortable. I washed it right away, no color change. It is pricey though....

This is such a pretty duvet cover. It washes well and came out of the dryer super soft. I would give it a 5 but the pillow shams are on the small side for the full I did manage to get the pillows in but it was a tight squeeze.LM

We were really excited to find these; the style is exactly what we were looking for and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately they are not well made and use cheap accessories so they fall apart right away. The fabric is ok…relatively thin and quite scratchy. We have had ours 5 months and hoped they would soften over time but they did not. We bought 2 twins - we like to use separate duvets on our King. The very first night, two of the inner ties broke on one and we saw they are only secured by one thin line of stitching. A week later when we went to wash them, the zipper had fallen apart on that same one. The zippers are very thin and light - what you’d see on a dress, not made for bedding. We returned that cover for another one, hoping it was just a fluke. That zipper failed within a month. The zipper on the other duvet also later failed, the zipper pull fell right off while it was just on the bed. I know it looks nice but save your money and buy from a brand with sturdier hardware or go with button-closure. I’m going to have to re-sew the ties on mine and sew-in buttons to get a little more life out of them.

I liked the cover a lot Ive used it for about 2 years. Zip it up when you wash it or you may break it, mines starting to wear out. The pillow cases are kind of small.

Being linen it’s a bit harsher of a fabric but I love how it looks and I don’t mind how it feels.
