Entire experience was AWESOME. I ordered 2 key chains both were better than I expected. My daughter past away in November 2019, 3 days before her birthday. I ordered one key ring of her for myself and then another one of her and her sister for my other daughter. My daughter cried when I gave it to her. The engraved picture was clear and beautiful and the wording was was so crisp! Will definitely order again. Thank you for adding a little joy to our Christmas. Now other family members want one. Kinda disappointed with this buy. I ordered a keychain for my honeys birthday with him and his best friend on it because he lost his best friend last year in a car accident. The picture was great, but I didn’t like that it didn’t fit around the whole keychain and was cut off from top to bottom. Another thing I didn’t like at all, was that the font I picked out, was not at all what it had shown me in the description when I was ordering it. I could hardly read the dates I put on the keychain because of the crazy cursive font that I wasn’t aware i actually was picking out.

The keychain was the most perfect gift. I gave this to my baby’s father as a Valentines Day gift & he absolutely loved it. The picture of our son was clear at the front & his name on the back of it was the font I selected. I’ll admit, I was a little confused about the font & where it would be placed. It was coming up at the front, so I just put his name instead of the cute little quote I had originally thought of- afraid that it would ruin the picture- but it was actually at the back so at least I know for next time. 100% recommend as a thoughtful gift. It also comes in a nice, black, velvety bag, which makes it look fancy lol. Keychain is a decent size. Thank you! Will order again!!

I ordered the black and white before its great. Almost been a year and a half stil as is. Pic seems to be engraved as well.Ordered one with a colored pic but after reading all the reviews about it wearing off i canceled and reordered a black and white pic.Definitely recommend that! Was a gift to my husband and im updating it now with a new one.If you want a picture on it do the black and white
