I got these specifically to use on stainless steel tables used for baking. These scrape perfectly and don't dig in or gouge the surface. Good purchase.

For actually icing cakes, it does a great job! I'm not a professional so I can't speak for that but I like how sturdy it is (not very flexible, just a straight edge). My hands are on the smaller side so there's lots of edge to work with.Originally bought as a pan scraper, which it is slightly too big for. Probably shouldn't use on anything too hot or for heavy-duty scraping, the plastic is thick but will get ragged if put under too much distress.The long side with the hole in it is thicker for better grip, but the short sides have this angled cut to them so the edges are finer. Lengthwise, about as long as a small smartphone but slightly wider in width.

Small enough to be handy and big enough to get the job done. Works great to move chopped items off your cutting board and scrape your area clean. I was worried it would be too flexible but it has just the right amount of stiffness to it. It was a good buy.

This gadget can be used for so many things. Easily scrapes harden spills on countertop. Great for just about any food that has hardened or needs a little help in the cleanup process. I use it everyday. Hot soapy water and its like new.

I use this for scooping up anything I have finely chopped on my cutting board. It's also good for scoring sliced cheese. It has the same rigidity as a metal bench knife, except it's lightweight & a lot cheaper. I do wish the edge was more finely beveled -- it's a wee thick.If you are looking for a nice, FLEXIBLE bread knife, the Uxcell Plastic Household Bakery D Shaped Flour Bread Cake Dough Scraper is a good choice for the price. I use it all the time when making bread.

I just love it. A friend has this and uses it for many things in her kitchen, so I had to have one. Not only is it great at cutting bread dough, it aids in scrapping chopped food into pots or bowls. It's very stiff, and I love that. Works well with dough on a the counter or cutting board. Just perfect. I have other flexible scrappers that aren't good when I need to cut dough, too much flex can be a bad thing also. I love that I could get red, to match the other kitchen appliances also.

I was wanting a more flexible scraper but got a stiff one. BUT...this was ALL ON ME. Says it right up front but, I wasn't paying attention. I'm new to bench scrapers. Saw them on Martha Stewart and America's Test Kitchen but they used a flexible one and, I thought they were all flexible. A cautionary tale to READ THE ITEM DETAILS. Very nice scraper. I'll probably use it to scrap dough off my wood board when making bread and get a flexible one for scraping out dough from my bowls..
